Front desk staff is very rude and make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them if you call and ask a question.

If your children go here go in the back and sit with your kids. I can't believe how this man just talked to my daughter. Yes she is 13, but at the end of the day she's a CHILD!!!!!!!!! This man need to work with adults not KIDS!!!!!!!!

I'm disappointed in this group. We had appt at 9:40 & we sat waiting an hr because they mixed up the schedule. Three to four families that came after us had gone in & come out & they still hadn't called us back.. Completely unprofessional..

Absolutely horrible. I thought they would be great considering they are for pediatric dentistry. The nurses were amazing. Helpful and nice. The dentist however was horrible. My daughter was already scared because she had a bad experience prior and an assessed tooth. Instead of taking the time to explain anything to her or letting myself or him comfort her, he decided the best approach was to yell at my child as she's fighting and crying. He held her down and pried her mouth open when I tried to help or comfort her he swatted me away and told me that she was fine she didn't need me over there and I could go to the waiting room. I said NO!, We're leaving NOW! And walked out. Never will I be back and my poor daughter is only 7 and absolutely terrified to even be in a dentist chair to get a cleaning even.

I usually have a great experience at this dental office however today was much different. I walked in and they tell you that you MUST wear a facial covering in order to enter the office... so while I'm in the waiting room their are 2 children definitely not too young that should be wearing masks but are not. I went in to tell the receptionist about it and the mother of these kids says "those are my kids and I don't have money for masks" is this woman not from planet earth? Every doctors office or medical facility has extra masks to give out she just chose to put others at risks and as for the office just Blatantly not paying attention to people having masks on when COVID is this bad right now is disgusting behavior. Then they come out and give the kids masks (when they are signing out to leave) and the mom says "I'll call and complain because she has a medical issue" wait I thought she couldn't afford them?? The receptionist then said well then you would have to wait outside with her or bring someone to do so the receptionist was following the rules but not WHEN they should of followed them which would of been when the family got there initially. This just really pisses me off because this is why we can't get back to normal life because people just won't follow or enforce the rules we need to follow to all get better as a state and country. I am highly disappointed in how this played out.

Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction! This clinic was recommended by several other foster parents I know and I literally cannot understand why. The lone compliment I can offer is that we were called back for our appointment in a timely fashion. Otherwise their visit to this dump was a nightmare. My 3 & 4yo came for their first visit and were shuffled into the huge room with the row of chairs and buzzing tools (overwhelming for any preschooler). Since we're living pandemic life, all the staff were gowned from head to toe so naturally my kids were terrified and reluctant to hop right up on the already laid back chair and immediately open their mouths which is what they were asked to do in the first 60 seconds. They immediately wanted to jump right into poking around their mouths--no hello, no good morning, no FREAKING INTRODUCTION--I found the dentists name on the insurance's website after the fact. My kids were hysterical. Oh, and like many others, the dentist did take the time to promote his toothpaste and YouTube channel while my son was screaming (seriously!). Both kids were in and out of their appointments in under 20 minutes and that includes the time it took for my daughter to pick out a "prize" that immediately fell apart in her hands. My son didn't have the chance to pick anything because he was INCONSOLABLE for 40 minutes (he is totally neurotypical). Two first visit appointments in under a half hour including registration tells you how much they took their time to make sure my kids were comfortable (spoiler alert--none!) Their office is physically shoddy--the receptionist windows are missing molding/framing so they've instead "creatively" framed it with painter's tape which they decorated with stickers. This place reeks of a medicaid mill and if you need any further evidence--I logged into my kids' medicaid account and these weasels billed for TOBACCO COUNSELING AND PREVENTION OF ORAL DISEASE....my son is THREE YEARS OLD, I don't smoke, and no one provided any kind of counseling to that effect. And oddly enough they didn't bill that code for my 4yo daughter's visit. And the cherry on top of the cake--in their little dentist favor bags: a coupon for a free Wendy's frosty--FROM A DENTIST. How is this even a real place?! *I will admit my daughter's dental hygienist was wonderful and seemed to have at least some kind of inkling of how to deal with children so I was thankful for her.

The dentist for my kids was great! I schedule my next appointment at the desk prior to me leaving (April) only to call today and they have no record of it, but I have an appointment card with today's date and time. The lady over the phone tells me basically she can't help and I could come In tomorrow at 8a. Won't work we drive there from a distance and I already called my kid off of school not missing another day for your mistake. No fix other option come 2 weeks out. This is not a small mistake and more could of been done very inconvenient.

Rude & Impersonal. I've taken my son there since he was probably 3-4 & at first was fine. I had called off one day but bc it wasn't 24hrs before he was not allowed to be scheduled again. Now they want me to call EVERY DAY to see if I can get him fit in somewhere. Today he has a hurting tooth, I call them to find a squeeze in, another persons cancelled appointment. I got called into work & don't have time now. I call them again, 5hrs before hand to try for a different time but not 24 hrs & they refuse to help him. So bc I HAVE TO WORK (Single Mother) they won't help my child WHO IS IN PAIN!!??? I am livid. Who runs a dentistry & doesn't help children all bc time & living doesn't work out the way they want it to? I even told them I should of listened to the main reviews I've read. All bad, btw.

I took my 5 year old niece there for her first and second visits, and the hygienists there were very rude to her both times. They spoke to her with nasty tones and like she was an adolescent. I spoke to the office manager Carol about the experience, and she tried making excuses for the hygienist, then she ended the call with "ok well I'll talk to her when she goes on break". I will never take my niece back there. Hires dental is way better with children!!!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the hygienist as they were excellent but as for the dentist I do not recommend anyone to take their children to him especially for their first visit! I took my twin 6 yr olds for their first time and as expected they were scared and nervous. The dentist did not explain anything did not show them what he was doing so when he came at my son with the instrument my son freaked out and the dentist yelled at me to hold him down and proceeded to put a mouth piece in to hold his mouth open and actually cut his cheek with the instrument. You think he would stop to calm my son down but he didn't he forcefully checked my sons teeth. My daughter watched the whole thing so of course she didn't want anything to do with sitting in the chair but she was so scared to be held down and cut she sat still crying her eyes out. I should've stopped him and left but I didn't know what to do I was in shock myself and they did need to see the dentist. Thankfully we found a new office and my children actually love going now, they explain and show the kids everything they are going to do before doing it to them.

The Dentist and his dental assistants are good it's the office workers who have no clue. They wouldn't perform a dental procedure on my daughter before I paid a fee. They told me it was a co pay and after receiving the receipt I seen that it is not a co pay. They charged me full price for $275.20 for things my insurance already has paid them for!! Now they won't give me my money back. They're claiming that only one lady can issue refunds and she's out of town until the 29th how convenient. Also not to mention my insurance covered 100% of the procedure and they still opted to use stainless steel caps on her back teeth.

After going to this office myself as a child there was not another choice for my kids. I have taken my kids since they were all 18 months. Over the past couple years the service has declined (a few instances/encounters that rubbed me the wrong way) but we gave the benefit of the doubt. The once told me they could not schedule all 3 of my kids at the same time because they have a policy to only schedule two from a household at a time...ok, strange but whatever. Most recently, my youngest daughter had an appointment scheduled in Feb 2020 right before the Covid pandemic and we had to cancel due to her having influenza A. We did not visit since Covid but today I called to schedule appointments. I was told I was not allowed to schedule my 8 year old because she had cancelled too many appointments. The lady went all the way back to 2015 and also sited two cancellations we had that were related to illness including the most recent Feb 2020 appointment. They said they would only see her if we called same day and asked if their was a cancellation....BUT they would schedule my other child no problem! First off, I told her the reasons for the past cancellations and she said that did not matter. FIRST OFF, I have the right mind to print off the doctor medical diagnosis and take them into the office as proof. Would they really want to see a kid with Influenza A or strep? Also, it makes NO SENSE to punish an 8 year old for missed appointments but allow same household to schedule appointments with no issues. Lady was very rude and it definitely seemed like they could care less if we took our business elsewhere. I had actually asked they email x-rays for my daughter to another dentist, and they didn't. When the dentist office called same day to see if they could get the x rays they said they had no record anymore of our daughter going there!! Will NEVER go back. Sad because my kids were second generation patients and now we will never be back or recommend. I just how they will play nice and give me my kids records.

I thought this place was going to be great for my children considering they are a PEDIATRIC dentist, however they are not friendly at all. My son is TERRIFIED of the dentist and when he was there for an appointment today they were absolutely horrible. He was so rough with my son and very rude. Instead of comforting him and making him feel comfortable he made it worse and got frustrated. If your looking for comfort for your kids or someone who actually cares, this is not the place.

The girl at the very front of the desk and the girl that walked us back to the room were wonderful and sweet... the dentist himself however only seemed to care about selling some toothpaste he invented and sells at the office and promoting his youtube video about it, and then after being overly unimpressed we went to check out and the older lady that sat farther back in the office that the younger had to ask a few questions to was so rude that we will absolutely not be back, Id rather pay somewhere that our insurance isnt even accepted just to feel like a normal pleasant visit.
