I was referred to Oregon Oral Surgeons by my VA, as a veteran I was skeptical about who the VA out sources to for different procedures.. If there was a 6 I would've given them a 6, the Oral Surgeon and the whole staff were very professional along with making the experience more relaxed. I would travel again from Medford to Oregon Oral Surgeons to have any Oral Surgery done in the future. As a veteran of the US Army I highly recommend Oregon Oral Surgeons Thank you Lief

Dr Tucker & his staff were wonderful, from the receptionist to the doctor. The nurses/assistants made me feel very comfortable from my very first visit. I loved how they sent out phone messages where you received information on your surgery & procedures & aftercare instructions. My husband was able to come into the procedure room with me until right before they started the surgery. That was very comforting to my husband & myself. I felt like I was in excellent hands with Dr. Tucker & his nurses. I have to mention that the cold pack they sent home with me is the best cold pack ever, it was a rounded gel pack & fit perfectly on my swollen face. The lip conditioner was great also. They think of everything for the comfort of their patients!! Bless them all for their professionalism & kindness they have for their patients. I felt like I was somebody they cared for & not just a number. Thank you Dr Tucker & staff, I'll be seeing you again soon!

I had arrangements for a tooth extraction, it takes them forever to come up with an estimate and there is a total lack of communication. I only received an email from them, no one has called me or reached out to set up an appointment and it's been 3 months, maybe more. The initial appointment was very rushed, they wrote out a bunch of prescription that I wasn't even going to use until after the work was done and there was no appointment set up. They took my money for x rays and I never heard from them again.

Each person made sure I was comfortable and explained each step of the process before they did it. I do not like the dentist so this was very helpful for me.

Dr Williams and Kailani his assistant were very caring and professional. Considering what I had done, the pain level has been minimal with OTC medication. Thank you.

This was the best visit I've ever had at a dentist office. Everybody was friendly and treated me respectfully. I will go back to them in a heartbeat.

My experience during my recent visit to Oregon Oral Surgeons was very good. Dr. Williams and his nurse, listened to me and fix my problem very efficiently. I have only good things to say about Oregon Oral Surgeons.

Dr.Williams and his team were amazing. I was so nervous beforehand, they made me comfortable. The process was as painless and quick as possible.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tucker last June. They were great. The consultation was quick and thorough, and the day of the procedure they were incredibly patient with me. I have severe anxiety and had never gone under sedation before but I was out in a matter of seconds and next thing I knew I was waking up getting ready to be taken out to my car. They checked in on me a few times afterwards and I generally felt well taken care of.

I was referred to this oral surgeon by my dentist who saw "something" on photos. The area of concern would be associated with jaw pain, clicking and headaches such as with TMJ. I have none of those symptoms. For caution, he referred me to an oral surgeon. When I asked for a telehealth visit I was told they do not offer that option. They assured me they were Covid conscientious (which they were not). I was asked to call when I arrive and wait in the car until my room was ready. Instead, when I called, I was told to ring the bell and was let inside to a waiting room with two other patients until I completed some initial paperwork. Not until I was brought to an exam room was my temperature taken. The doctor came in and introduced himself as two assistants also entered the room without explanation. This was not a treatment or exam. The doctor turned his back to look at the picture as the door was closed without explanation. Then, the four of us were enclosed in that small exam room. We were all masked, but no one was more than 3 feet from any one else in that room. The doctor said, "All I see is artifact". (interference) I said, "I didn't need to come in here in the middle of a pandemic for artifact." He offered to verify the artifact with an MRI. I repeated, "I have no symptoms. I think we're done here." I soon left. This is 2020. I have asthma and have stayed in my house for 8 months. I am a nurse with 45 years experience working in hospitals and clinics. Medical appointments need to be able to accommodate when possible. In this situation, telehealth would have been the most appropriate option. Temperatures taken on arrival, open rooms with fewer patients and no unnecessary staff would be my reasonable expectation. These concerns were brought to the office manager's attention and to my understanding, it was discussed at their weekly staff meeting with no changes anticipated. If you are a potential or current patient, I encourage you to express your own expectations that basic systems in this office reflect a higher concern for patients, demonstrated by enhanced occupational safety practices, especially during a pandemic.

Paid for anesthesia for my daughters wisdom tooth and they only gave her a local. She has an anxiety disorder and traumatized her. When I found out, I went back into the office and asked why. The receptionist said that my daughter was only scheduled for a local. Then I asked why I had just paid for anesthesia. The receptionist said oh no, I should have realized, I'm so sorry. Then I explained my daughters condition and demanded I be refunded the difference. They obliged. However, we have not heard from their office since. No follow up, no call to see how she's doing, nothing! It seems that all they care about is getting paid, not caring for patients ! Won't ever go back! We will go to Eugene or Medford.
