There are many good reviews here so maybe I am the only one who has had a negative experience.? I don't like doing this but feel that I at least need to post this review because I sure wish I had been warned and also I have requested my dental records to be sent and have expressed my dissatisfaction but they have not sent records nor have they offered any apology for the poor results of the procedure. This was by far the worst and most expensive dental experience that I have had. I was lured in with their plan that offers two cleanings, and radiographs for what seemed like a reasonable price plus a discount on any work that needed to be done. The discount doesn't help much when the price is higher than other places. That being said, I half expected that the deal would not be as good as it seemed. It was the actual experience that I had and the end result that is the most disappointing. I feel as though I was strong armed into a more extensive procedure than necessary which is bad enough but my tissues and gum, a year later are still painful from the procedure. And the crown has a funny texture and taste. I left the office after the procedure with a temporary crown because their equipment was not functioning. They were to call me when the crown was ready so I left in horrible pain. Then they forgot to call me back and the crown was also forgotten and misplaced. I had to call to remind them, all the while in horrible pain. When I came in for the permanent crown the equipment in the room was not functioning properly and I left with my shirt and arms soaked with water. I also had pieces of glue or something stuck to all the teeth around and below the crown tooth. The teeth around the tooth that he worked on were damaged and the crown is still painful all the time. Yes the staff is friendly but the overall result was/is and continues to be very disappointing.

Very friendly place! Everytime I go into this office I'm always greeted by name and brought back on time. Dr. Sean is great and definitely calms me down with his humor (I have a low pain tolerance and am scared of dentist visits). I've had two root canals and 3 crowns and have never had any problems. I've been with them for a few years now and appreciate everything they've done for me!

My wife had a crown put in fall off 2 times the 2nd time they charge us and the insurance again, I call and ask why did we had to pay again the young lady said she was going to ask some one and find out and that some one would get back to us, no one ever call back. Well they just lost all our family members.

All I have to say is we were very satisfied with the service here at Oregon Dental. The young lady that attended to my husband went out of her way to help him with all his insurance issues.Thank you From Herebia's family

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Didn't do the procedure correctly the first time, then their solution was to redo the procedure and charge me again. Will never step in that place again . Office Manager was rude and indifferent. All they care about is money. They didn't care about me or my well-being.

Not good. I went in for a cleaning and Dr.Steer said I needed a crown and I also needed 2 fillings replaced. So I believed him and said ok. He put a crown in and replaced one filling. The crown didn't fit write. I told him . He said try it and if it's not right come back and I will adjust it. Went back for a cleaning and had the dentist adust the crown that wasn't right. That dentist in the same office looked at the third tooth that Dr. Steer said needed the filling replaced and said it was fine. So now I don't know if Dr. Steer messed with the other 2 teeth if they really needed work. To top it off my insurance was changed again for adjusting the crown that wasn't right to begin with. I messaged Dr. Bares since it is his practice heard nothing back. I stopped in to the Oregon office in person to complain was told I would be receiving a phone call. No one ever contacted me. This was in February that I stopped in to the Oregon office. Very dissatisfied Cheryl Johnson Oregon dental called after I submitted my review. They said billing my insurance was an error. They have refunded my insurance company. Thank you for following through. 4-19-21

The staff is very friendly. I had a cleaning and really liked my hygienist and Dr. Sean. Definitely recommend giving them a try. They figured everything out with my insurance ahead of time and the office was clean. They made me feel very comfortable and took good care of me. I will definitely be returning and made appointments for my wife and kids!

Was new to the area and had a dental emergency that brought me in. The staff was prompt and knowledgeable and prioritized my situation. They did great work and were wonderful in the follow-up. They've won my future business and would recommend to anyone.

I always have a great experience at Oregan Dental! The staff is excellent, especially Sasha who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything you need. Clean office with great dentists, and they've gone the extra mile to make sure it's safe to get your dental care during the pandemic!

Fantastic practice! From the moment you walk in & the front desk greets you, to the dental assistants, hygienist, & Dr. Sean. All were friendly & professional, & covid conscience. Myself and my 2 youngest children were new patients & we are staying with them! Great cleanings, fluoride, consulting & fillings. And I really appreciated each staff member introducing themselves by name to my children and I. They had us in/out quickly but not rushed. I was especially impressed with the office manager, Sasha, who took extra time to explain to an elderly grandmother, who had brought her young granddaughter in with an emergency abscess but wasn't a patient with the practice. Sasha explained that she spoke to the mother via phone, and detailed step by step to grandma exactly what the treatment plan was, including an antibiotic. She was compassionate, professional and was able to answer all questions, helping put grandma and the young girl at ease. I was impressed! Finally, my 13 year old son has anxiety going to the dentist due to a past bad experience. Dr. Sean was kind & careful putting 2 fillings in, pain free. If anyone is considering this practice for an emergency or a simple cleaning, Make Your Appointment, you will be pleased!

I was nervous to go to the dentist. I had my cleaning here and the girl who cleaned my teeth was super friendly and Dr. Sean made me laugh. The office lady was super helpful and patient with me. Overall they put me at ease and it was a good experience. If you are nervous I would recommend giving them a try.
