Amy has been a loyal part of our dental team since 2002. As head dental assistant, Amy assists both doctors during patient procedures, takes X-rays and lab work, moves sterilization along, and keeps up on ordering the offices inventory. Getting to know her patients and their life story is one of Amys greatest passions about her job. Seeing the excitement on a patients face when they achieve their desired smile also brings her a lot of happiness.
Working with both Dr. Murray and Dr. Seare is a great experience for Amy because both doctors have distinctive personalities, making the work atmosphere that much more fun and relaxing. In addition, Amy loves working for both doctors because they truly care about each patient and ensure they stay up-to-date on dental care practices.
Sally is another one of our extremely hardworking dental hygienists who enjoys the duties that come with her job. These include cleaning teeth, and educating and assisting patients in maintaining a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. Our office is one of Sallys favorite places to be and she enjoys working with such wonderful patients and her caring and competent staff members. She believes that Dr. Murray and Dr. Seare both provide excellent dentistry in a kind and gentle manner.
Born and raised in Salem, Sally is married and has one son. She loves the outdoors and lives on a small acreage. On weekends, you can find Sally riding her horses and enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Sandy is one of our upbeat dental hygienists who is a perfectionist at cleaning teeth and giving her patients a top quality dental experience. Sandy has been a part of our team since 2006 and is a people person. She admires how dedicated our dentists are to their practice, while also being fun and creating an upbeat atmosphere.
Ann has been working with us as a dental hygienist since 1997. As a hygienist, Ann cleans teeth, educates patients on dental and oral hygiene, takes X-rays, supports both our dentists and works as a team with doctors and staff.
One of Anns biggest passions about her job is educating and helping people to achieve a healthy mouth while building trusting relationships with patients. As a lifetime resident of the Willamette Valley, Ann has lived in West Salem for the past 19 years. Ann is married with two grown children and enjoys traveling, exercise, home interiors and gardening.
Debbie is one of our friendly front desk people who greets patients, post services to accounts, receivables, scheduling patients and prepares treatment plans for insurance companies and patients. Debbie feels like she has the best job in the office because she gets to meet, greet and visit with all of our amazing patients.
As a native Oregonian, Debbie was born and raised in Portland. She moved to Salem in 1995 and started working with Dr Murray in 1997. She is married with two grown children and 2 grandchildren who are a tremendous joy in her life.
Viktoriya moved from Minnesota and has enjoyed being a dental assistant because of the variety of work. She loves meeting patients, building relationships, and being there to help patients feel comfortable.
Vickie is our trusted administrative coordinator, who deals with insurance claims administration, troubleshooting, accounts receivables, coordinating office projects, computer troubleshooting, and financial arrangements. She has been working in the dental field since 1981 and joined our team in 1992 originally as an assistant. Troubleshooting patient concerns and working with such an amazing staff are Vickies favorite things about her job. She loves coming into the office every day because she enjoys working with Dr. Murray and Dr. Seare as they care deeply about their patients while giving the best dental care possible.
Star Girl is the perfect superhero name for Denise because she feels like a star every time she walks into the Orchard Heights Dental office. The entire team love it when she comes, especially on payday! Denises office responsibilities include all accounts payable for OHD and general running of errands. When shes not at the office she likes going to her happy place on a beach reading a good book!!
Denise was born and raised in Portland and has a happy memory walking to elementary school with her dad and squishing worms on the sidewalk. She graduated from BYU then lived in the hot hot hot and cold cold cold of Michigan for ten years. She moved with her husband (Dr Murray) and two children back to the northwest in 1988 and settled in Salem. Their family added a sweet little baby boy in 1993 and she is now also the happy grandma to one awesome dude grandson.

As always, from the front desk folks to the hygienists to Dr. Murray, the dental experience couldn't be better. If they ever frown, I wouldn't know it. And after years with them, I know their competence is a given.

I always look forward to my visits to Orchard Heights Dental! Ann skillfully and painlessly polished my teeth to perfection. Dr Seare and his team have kept my "old" teeth and gums in great shape for many years. He always takes such great care to make sure crowns or dentures fit perfectly with such kindness

Appointment was for a reutine bi-annual cleaning Sandy her normal (Best) job. Always keeping me informed of how conditions were. Fortunatly finding no problems. Dr Sears also did his exam and found nothing to worry about Both professionals! while still being friendly helping to take any possible stress away.

I love Orchard Heights Dental. It always starts with friendly Debbie and friend when you first come in and then wonderful Ann doing a magnificent job cleaning my teeth, with extra care. Last a visit from kind Dr. Seare assuring me all is ok for another 6 months. I really appreciate everyone's kindness and the overall excellent care!

The atmosphere in this office is upbeat from the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly faces at the front desk. They didn't keep me waiting long before I was brought to a room with an incredible view where the rest of my appointment took place. Victoria and Dr. Seare were thorough, made sure I understood every part of the process of what they were doing, and asked all the right questions, just as if they understood from my point of view what my best possible experience would be. Even though they've probably asked the same questions and guided their patients hundreds, if not thousands of times in the same way, they made it point to make sure I felt comfortable and listened to. Once my appointment was complete, they led me to Allie, who worked diligently through the details of figuring out how to time my upcoming appointments in conjunction with my flex spending account and insurance coverage. She didn't make me feel rushed, and reworked the details patiently with me until we had a very good plan for my teeth. How does one gather such a quality group of people together under one roof? I don't know, but I do know that by whatever miracle, it's happened at Orchard Heights Dental and I will happily go there again.

I have been fortunate that Dr. Murray has been my dentist for over 25 years . He and his entire staff are always friendly and responsive. They always have a smile on their face even with masks on. I have total trust in his judgement, treatment recommendations and gentle touch no matter what type of procedure is required.

Orchard Heights Dental is a friendly capable place for dental care. Dr. Seare expertly administered the Novacain with hardly a pinch. He let me know what he was doing with each procedure to reassure me. He always made sure I was comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.

Just thought I'd pass on the compliments from a couple of dentists I have seen in North Carolina about Dr. Murray's exceptional skills. I moved to NC a year ago . The dentists tells me how impressed they are with the veneers Dr. Murray made for me, also noting "how natural" they are and that at first sight the veneers were not detectable! I continue to appreciate the dental care I received from Dr. Murray. Thank you, Dr. Murray!

Always the best!! I know the dentist causes a lot of stress in people's lives. But when you have the right dentists and staff, like I do at Orchard Heights Dental, no need to stress. They are experts (even artist-you should see the work with my front teeth!) in what they do, working with the utmost professionalism. Their staff as well!! To tip that all off they are delightful people--and so kind! Both dentists are excellent!
