Dr. Patels journey to his life in the Bay Area was an exciting and adventurous one. He was born in Zambia, moved to London, then to Cleveland and finally his family settled in Modesto. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of the Pacific and then attended dental school at Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He met his wife, Hina who is a New Jersey native, while he was attending dental school in Philadelphia. They have two young boys, Krishan and Rihaan who keep mommy and daddy on their toes :).
Dr. Patel enjoys working in Brentwood because it reminds him of his childhood. His father has been in the farming business since the 1980s. He has a connection with the agricultural roots that the Brentwood community was founded upon which is represented in the practices name. He really enjoys experiencing the eclectic mix of growing families and retirement communities in the surrounding Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay and Antioch townships.
One of the biggest attributes that Dr Patel prides himself in is his dedication to continuing dental education. He is proud of the fact that Orchard Dentistry + Orthodontics is a comprehensive all-in-one dental practice where all of his patients dental needs and wants will be met with the utmost skill and professionalism.

I never thought I would look forward to getting my teeth cleaned until I found Brentwood Orchard Dentistry! The receptionists are very welcoming and the dental hygienist is wonderful. Dr. Patel performed a bone and dental implant for with great success, plus the aesthetics turned out the way I wanted. He gave my smile back, I highly recommend!

I was recommended to get a dental cleaning at Brentwood Orchard Dentistry and use their plan for two cleanings a year. I have just finished my second cleaning and will continue being their customer. Thanks Dr. Patel and staff for your spectacular service!

Dr. Patel, and his staff ARE amazing. I have been going to Orchard Dental for several years now. Today I had to go in and get some fillings replaced, I was very nervous from previous dental experiences. Not only did the staff and Dr. Patel comfort me, they gave me a since of relaxation I have not had in many years. They also did an fantastic job. If you're lookin for a new Dentist in the Brentwood area, Orchard Dental comes highly recommended.

Amazing! Best dentist I've been too, front desk was always so nice and accommodating and the dental assistant and hygienist are always so friendly and nice and plus they always make sure I'm being treated 100 percent. They really take care of you and Dr. Patel always listen to your concern and so patient with me, Ive been coming here for years and he recommended me to have Invisalign because of my bite and teeth grinding. I took his recommendation and I am so glad I did I am so happy with the results and he also gave me a free whitening session in the office and now my bite is better and beautiful.

I'm 75 years old and needed implants (5). Went into there office because of the convenience close to home. They were extremely professional and I decided to use them. I had a deep cleaning for all my teeth in one appointment this past weekend. I was very apprehensive due to the 3.5 hour appointment length and the fact that it had been a long time since my last cleaning. Elise did an amazing job. She was very tentative to my comfort level without sacrificing the job at hand. I can honestly say that Elise gave me the best cleaning I have ever received in my entire life.

Talk about a receiving a "sign"! A magazine came in the mail with an advertisement for a sleep apnea oral appliance through Orchard Dentistry + Orthodontics. I have sleep apnea and have been desperately seeking different forms of therapy. I called the office for an appointment. Dr. Patel gave me a consultation, I went back for a fitting appointment, and received my appliance on my 3rd appointment. That night, I wore my appliance (similar to an athletic mouth piece) and as I laid on my back in bed, I was able to BREATH!! I was able to lie down and take a deep, full breath (something I couldn't do without choking or gasping). I SLEPT the entire night, without the interruption of gasping. This device moves my bottom jaw forward to provide an open air way when I lay down, and let me just say, that was the life changer right there! An open air way, is the BEST WAY,...the ONLY WAY! I was so elated and satisfied with this device! I was finally able to get a good night's sleep. I had new found energy that I put into joining fitness classes and other health improving activities. The common sleep deprived symptoms that held me back were diminishing and everyday, since wearing my device, has been productively better! I can't thank Dr. Patel enough for fitting me for this life changing device. Dr. Patel is awesome! He and his team were professional and transparent. The entire process was hassel free. I appreciated the constant and easy communication between patient and office. Orchard Dentistry + Orthodontics is an excellent office!!
