I graduated dental school at Georgetown University in Washington DC with a DDS degree in 1980 after attending UC Davis. I was certified by California State Board of Dental Examiners in October 1980. I then became a partner at Orchard Dental Group in 1981.
I have beena member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and the Sacramento District Dental Society (SDDS) for 33 years. I am also a member of the Georgetown Admissions Committee, the Regional Dental Consultant United States Olympic Committee and a Spear Faculty Club Member (Spear Dental Education).
I was a founding member at the Granite Bay Golf Club and still enjoy playing a good round of golf with friends and family. I also enjoy several other outdoor adventures including camping, jet skiing, snowboarding and other motor sports.
My roots are here in northern California. I was born in Oakland and later moved to the Lincoln area in 1966. I went to Lincoln High school where I met my lovely wife, Charlene, in 1970. We have been together ever since and have been happily married since 1979. We have two daughters, Megan and Stephanie. They both live in Irvine, CA and are beginning their careers in education and medical sales respectively. They are the center of our lives and we try to see them often. Our dog, Bear, completes our little family, and wherever we go he usually travels with us.I feel very blessed to have this wonderful family and enjoy them immensely.
After graduating from UC Davis and UCSF Dental School I always knew I would return to this area. We live in Rocklin and still get together with some of our childhood friends that we have known for almost fifty years. We consider their friendships very special and love to get together and share a meal and some laughter whenever we can.
I have been with Orchard Dental Group since 1991. I have surrounded myself with very talented and caring ladies who have helped to make my career in dentistry both successful and enjoyable. Together, we strive to make our patients feel safe and well cared for. It is our hope to make all of our patients feel special and to do everything we can to make their dental visits enjoyable and fulfill their dental needs.
I grew up in San Bernadino, California and went to Loma Linda University Dental School where I graduated in 1984. Ihave owned dental practices in Victerville, Riverside and San Clemente California from 1984-1994.
I live in Granite Bay with my wife Dana, two children, CJ and Carly and dogs Cooper and Chester. I keep active outdoors hiking, biking, playing golf, skiing and am very involved with my kids school and sports.
I am a member of Spears Faculty Study Club which is an active learning center. This study club keeps me involved with all the latest trends, techniques,materials, and methods dentistry has to offer.I am also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA) and the Sacramento District Dental Association (SDDA).

They were able to get me in on short notice and helped with a painful tooth. Listened to what I had to say and my thoughts on treatment. Told me my options and treated me with dignity and respect. I drove 45 minutes one way to see them and plan to do so for my future dental needs.

Very happy with my experience at Orchard Dental. I wasn't a patient but they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment within a day of calling them. And if that wasn't great enough, there was no pain with the numbing shot and tooth extract. I'll be going back soon to become a permanent patient. Thank you to Dr. Wallace and the other friendly staff I met in my brief visit. One year later: This 5-star review still stands! I've been back for cleanings and a couple of small issues and every visit has been great. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Wallace and his excellent team.

Professional. Clean. Knowledgeable. Kind. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone. The entire team worked together, I interacted with front desk staff, my dentist hygienist, a tech who did a full facial scan, and even a "paperwork concierge" who helped with insurance and next steps. They were all very knowledgeable and a wonderfully kind staff. If you're looking for a new dental office, this is it!

I would highly recommend this dental practice. I was from out of town & needed to urgently see a dentist for a very painful tooth. They were prompt, compassionate & very thorough. Everyone in this practice was wonderful!

Dr. Grady was so amazing and the whole office was very polite. I have already recommended Dr. Grady to one of my co-workers. If you folks are like me - I hated seeing the dentist but Dr. Grady has changed me to want to see the dentist.
