An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I wanted to give Orchard Dental Group 10 stars but there were only five to choose! The staff is courteous, professional, and they all have a wonderful sense of humor! My Dentist Dr. T., is kind, understanding, and gentle. He cares deeply about his patients well being and spends time discussing your dental issues and answering any questions you may have. They offer different financial options for a resolution that best fits your budget. I am so happy to be a patient here at Orchard Dental Group!!

This is probably a very long overdue review. Long story short I would recommend this place 1000 times if possible, no doubts you will have the best care here. I came originally as a mistake, thinking this place was recommended by a friend, turns out I was at the wrong place when I asked him the name of this dentist. I came here for the 1st time on July 8th on a emergency appointment, since one of my teeth chipped, I was seen by Dr Sparks, which is a godsend, she gave me the options that I had to fix my teeth and put me in charge of what we were going to do, and unlike other dentist I have seen, she made sure that only what was being done was charged to me after insurance. I have had awful experiences with dentist in the past, so I had a long road to go after my first visit, I had a root canal with Dr Warner, whom has the most gentle work I have had in a very long time, unlike previous root canals I was feeling very minimal discomfort afterwards and he wanted to make sure multiple times I was fine during the procedure. I have also seen Dr Pauley and she single-handedly gave me the best advice on how to properly clean my teeth, which no only improved the side that she deep cleaned but the opposite side as well (to which I have an upcoming appointment) and unlike other dentist was honest about the products she uses on a regular basis. My last visit was last Wednesday, the 24th of August. I saw Dr Blamires so he could remove all my wisdom teeth. I was extremely nervous about this procedure since they never came out of the gum, however, the day of the appointment the whole staff made sure that my designated driver knew what was going on, that we had all the instructions, and gauzes, and everything. Forward to today, I am so thankful I went to Orchard Dental Group, for those worried about the teeth removal, I feel absolutely fine, very very minor discomfort. I am so thankful to the whole staff from Amanda at the front desk to all the Doctors that made the repair of all the issues I had possible.

Terribly rude office with really bad billing practices. Called and was hung up on after calling the office a few times and getting an automated message. I was a bit upset that they sent me a bill that didn't explain what was paying for and why. Don't go here if you want your insurance billed properly and correct quotes for what you owe.

Do not go here! Dr. T is incompetent. Not sure where he received his dental training but he is the worst dentist I have ever encountered. He talked me into 8 veneers and first he changed the agreed upon shade to more of a yellow than we had agreed on. I made them redo the work and then one by one the veneers popped off. It was an absolute nightmare. This guy has a high opinion of himself and will tell you all the training he has but he is a quack. Not only that but the office has extreme prices. My ex took her kids there and they did a bunch of unneeded work on them and then sent her to collections when the insurance denied payment for unneeded work. Stay away from this place !!!!!!

I'm never coming back. This place is out to gouge you and Dr. Tuchklaper is the worst. You'll never see the same dentist twice, no one stays. I've been a patient here since 2019. I went yesterday for my cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning wirh all the extra charges. Untrue. I had to keep telling multiple staff members NO, I just want my 6 month cleaning! I received a very AWFUL 10 minute Disservice by Dr? Tuchklaper, pronounced POCKETPICKER. This place only has your bank account in mind. Steer clear! Orchard Dental is sub par and Dr T will most definitely lie & try to upcharge you for a ton of services you don't need. Worst experience EVER! It is my hope that prospective patients pay attention to the plethora of BAD review's, & save their smile & bank account by going elsewhere. ANYWHERE but here! Tuchklaper should be terminated. GO ELSEWHERE! Mr. Anthony Sampson

Everyone here was super kind and helpful. I went in for a check up and X-rays and found out I needed the crown and fillings. I was super anxious about the cost, but Dr T and the staff went over my payment options and treatment plan. They actually did the fillings and crown at the same appointment, which will help me financially in the long run. So happy

A great dental office for kids and adults. My family and I have been going here for years (approaching 8yrs) for good reason. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with your needs. If you are looking for a dentist or wanting to change from one. I recommend giving this office a shot. It will only take one visit to see why my family and I choose this dental office as our own. Thank you Dr. T, Dr. Berg, Joey, Summer, and all the staff for caring for my family and I. Jason

Have been going to orchard for 10+ years and had good experiences up until now, things have really changed and not in a good way. Will be looking for a new dentist. I think customer service is not that anymore, they act like they are doing you a favor. I pay for your services not the other way around.

The only reason that this establishment gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw (Dr. Tuchklaper) at this establishment is very self-assured and congenial; however, his skill is not commensurate with his friendliness. I have had more than my share of horrible, extremely painful experiences with dentists, so I was happy to hear Dr. Tuchklaper say that he would listen to me and be gentle with me, as I have fibromyalgia and the nerves throughout my body are extremely sensitive. I advised him of this very strongly when we met. It turned out I needed a crown as well as a replacement filling in the tooth next to it. He numbed me adequately, matched the crown to my teeth well, and completed the crown/filling in a timely manner. However, when he was drilling my teeth, he was EXTREMELY rough and was trying to rush. I could tell there were going to be issues. I was in pain immediately following the procedure. I knew it was because the nerves had been very irritated. I waited for a few weeks to see if the nerves would settle; they did not. I then had no choice but to get a root canal because the pain was unbearable. Well, guess what happens when you do a root canal through a crown? It creates vulnerabilities. So...a few weeks later, the crown broke during eating and I had to get a replacement. They did replace it for free, but they had the nerve to try to upsell the more expensive material even though I'd already had to get a root canal because of Dr. Tuchklaper's negligence. The replacement crown took FOREVER, and it took 10, yes 10, follow-up appointments to get it ground down to the proper size. Each time they did not believe me when I told them it was too big. Less important but also relevant is the replacement filling they gave me. The filling ALSO was rushed and didn't quite fit properly, so now my matching bottom tooth is extremely sensitive, even 3 years later, and my jaw is now crooked. I absolutely WILL NOT go back for any other procedures. I don't even trust them to fix their mistakes. DENTAL PATIENTS, BEWARE.

I scheduled an appointment months in advance. Was given a couple of emails that my appointment was confirmed for today. Then the day before my appointment I received an email that they left two voicemails they did not telling me my appointment was canceled. I received the email this morning.Last night before 4pm I called they said my appointment was still on. These appointments were for both my daughter and I.I took time off of work now can't take any more time off until January. The office did not even offer to try and get me in.

I went to Orchard Dental Group for a regular teeth cleaning. I had been going there for about 3 years. It was taking a really long time (4 hours) to wait for a teeth cleaning that I had an appointment for. I could hear Tuchklaper with other patients saying, 'You need a crown and we can do that for you today.' By the time Tuchklaper got to me, he said I needed scaling at an additional cost. I said I'll pass for today and I just want a normal teeth cleaning. HE THEN SAID THAT I COULDN'T GET A REGULAR TEETH CLEANING IF I DIDN'T PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL SCALING!!! I was literally in shock. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes until he "allowed" me to have a teeth cleaning. This dentist is so unethical and deplorable. Needless to say, I will never go back.

This place is a racket. They treat you like a wallet not a patient. You'll be told you need 3 crowns I guarantee it. I came in for a cleaning, left with two crowns. Came back for the cleaning and it was $900. They said I should have been the one to say no. The didn't prioritize my cleaning. They prioritized the most profitable option. I'm never coming back.

I am so horrified by my experience here, I wish they had a zero stars option. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite awhile and came here because my son goes to the kids dentist next door (which I've never had a problem with.) I have always gone to a Family dentist back East and finally decided I needed to find a local one and catch up one multiple missed appointments because of Covid and I hadn't been home in awhile. I don't have insurance and they quoted me with a first time fee for X-rays and a cleaning of $59. After my examination, they said they couldn't clean my teeth that day and said I needed a "deep cleaning, 3 cavities filled and 3 crowns" the total estimated cost for all of this was over $7,000. They offer a $120 insurance plan that I purchased from them that would lower it closer to $5,000. I made an appointment for the cleaning and planned on scheduling the other work soon. After getting home I thought about it more and decided to get a second opinion because I've never had any major issues with my teeth in the past and just felt wary of their diagnosis. This morning I went to a small locally owned dentist and did an exam and X-rays again. I Have ZERO Cavities and need ZERO crowns. They were horrified when I showed them what Orchard Dental Group wanted to do to my teeth and said this is the type of thing that ruins dentists reputations. They said my teeth were in great condition and just needed a cleaning. They did a thorough cleaning and sent me on my way for under $200. Needless to say they have my families business from now on. I honestly don't know how Orchard Dental group Is getting away with this, it's negligent, they were going to put 3 crowns on perfectly healthy teeth! I never ever leave negative reviews but I am so furious about this and hope I can prevent other people from being totally scammed. I'm so glad I got A second opinion before spending this kind of money and destroying my teeth.

If they could run appointments on time, all the time I'd give 5 starts. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Dentists are helpful and caring. But almost every visit you sit in the room for 45 min to an hour waiting on the dentist.
