The staff, Lauren & Theresa, plus techs as well as Dr. Orbach were amazing to work with. They were efficient and managed everyone's time (including mine), which was important when visiting the office during a work day! Dr. Orbach was up for a challenge...and he delivered! I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for orthodontics!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Orbach and his staff! Appointments were flexible, the staff was friendly, the office was clean and the service met my expectations. I had my Invisalign for almost two years and Dr. Orcbach was flexible with my treatment plan as there were a few adjustments I wanted to make towards the end of my treatment ( that extended my treatment time). I would highly recommend this office for Invisalign treatment!

Great orthodontist! All of the options I had were explained well and the timeline that I had braces matched the estimate and I was very happy with the end result. The staff is all very friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr Orbach to anyone interested in having braces

I am SO HAPPY with my teeth!!! I haven't been able to say that for years. I wore braces when I was in grade school and through the years my overbite worsened and my teeth slowly became crooked, especially my bottom teeth. I hated looking at pictures of myself smiling. I thought being in my 40's, I was too old to wear external braces. I considered Invisalign but I was worried about compliance and I didn't like the idea of trays in and out of my mouth between meals (I snack a lot!). After my consultation with Dr. Orbach, I decided to go with lingual braces (inside your teeth). Throughout the entire process (14 months and I had a complicated case), nobody could tell that I had braces on! Dr. Orbach proved himself to be an expert in handling my case. He and his staff were extremely attentive to me throughout the process. His office is beautiful and very clean. He was very responsive to my many questions and he always made himself readily available whenever I had an issue. Not only do I have a beautiful smile to show off after lingual braces, I also lost weight! Get lingual braces from Dr. Orbach if you want to straighten your teeth AND slim down!

I went for an evaluation and was hopeful to start my Invisalign process, but was disappointed as I felt I had no options, my preference in product was not taken into account, and was about to be charged significantly more than another provider I had spoken with. In fairness, all the staff is nice, professional, caring and I have no doubt that they can do the job. However, what drove me out was the lack of options although they were available and I was specific in what I was looking for, and the billing appeared unreasonable, too. I had previously seen an out-of-network provider who had quoted an amount, and had the aligners ready in 10 days. I ultimately decided to go with an in-network, which led me to Orbach Orthodontics today. Even though I specifically asked for Invisalign, they attempted to sell some other brand I have not heard of beyond Invisalign, Smile, Byte, Candid among other brands I have been reading about. I was told I needed it for at least 12 months, and that it would take up to 6 weeks to receive the first aligners. Ultimately, I was about to be charged approximately 52% more for out-of-pocket expenses than the out-of network provider, for a product I did not want. When I questioned the lack of options and the charges, I was given an explanation that did not make any sense and sounded more like a poor attempt to convince me of purchasing a product I did not want, rather than a credible explanation. Basically, I was told that they would send the impressions to both labs (the brand I am not familiar with and Invisalign) and would go with the first one who responded which was likely to be this other brand, and then they had to charge more because the process was going to be conducted by an orthodontist and not a general dentist, yet the product does the exact same thing regardless of who oversees it. The product being pushed by this provider might have been okay and does the exact same thing as Invisalign, but the point is that it is not what I wanted, and they did not seem to care. It might be that the practice may get some profit or commission from that other brand as I did not see this provider listed in the Invisalign website providers and went with the insurance in-network list instead for today, which is fine if they do benefit from a relationship with that brand, but if that is the case, then they should be transparent about it, and work with the customers and their preferences. My advantage in this situation is that I had done my research, and had already been through the Invisalign intake procedure, its list of providers in the past including the authorized provider mentioned previously per Invisalign website, and knew my insurance benefits, the approximate cost for Invisalign, as well as the timeline, process and equipment used to trigger initial impressions for the first aligners. I was certainly prepared for a difference in cost, but not almost twice as much as I would have paid with an out-of-network provider highlighted by Invisalign website, in a more reasonable timeline offering the exact same function and service Orbach Orthodontics indicated they could do for me, but at a higher cost, with a different product and an extended timeline.

Would rate lower if possible. Worst experience ever. Extremely rude orthodontist. Showed up on time for appointment and was forced to wait for a long time with no apology for the wait, then was treated by orthodontist for no more than 5 minutes and charged an absolutely ridiculous fee - much higher than ANY OTHER ORTHODONTIST IN NOVA. Poor customer service, high prices, and rude doctor - will not be back!

Just had braces removed today and the results are fantastic. Entire staff is friendly and professional, and appointments were quick and on time. Would recommend as a great option for adult orthodontics.

I went here for an orthodontics consultation for either Invisalign or braces with Dr. Orbach. The visit felt like he had squeezed me in between patients, because he had a quick 3 minute spiel, and a "go talk to the receptionist about costs", and immediately left to go see his other patients. The doctor did not feel personal at all. Won't be coming back here. Additionally, the costs for Invisalign here are about 2k more than the other orthodontics office I got a consult at.

Thank you Dr. Orbach and staff for giving me a new smile!!! Two weeks ago I finished my treatment, and I haven't stopped smiling. The staff was always friendly, which made my early morning visits enjoyable. The payment process was easy and affordable, and when something came up the staff was willing to work with me. Dr. Orbach and his staff rocks. I made several referrals and will continue to make referrals, and recommendations. Words can't express how happy I am to have a new smile!!!

Thank you Dr. Orbach and staff for my awesome smile! I recently finished treatment with Incognito lingual braces and could not be happier. From the initial consultation to the end of treatment (under 1 year!) Dr. Orbach and his staff provided excellent care. As a physician with a cosmetic practice, I knew how important finding an orthodontist with the appropriate training, experience, and aesthetic eye was to getting the results I was looking for. Dr. Orbach came highly recommended in the field and was exactly that! The office is beautiful, modern, impeccably clean, and his entire staff is wonderful - I wish I could steal them for my own office. I highly recommend the Incognito lingual braces to prospective patients who are candidates for this treatment. They have the benefit of being truly invisible and always on. I started getting unsolicited compliments on my teeth very early into treatment and now have friends, coworkers, and family members who want Incognito too. I am very grateful that I found my way to Dr. Orbach, and only wish I would have done this sooner.

I got a clear retainer here. They took the mold at 8 a.m. and I was able to get the retainer the same day. Everybody was very nice and the process was easy! Would absolutely go back.

Dr.Orbach and his team have been great to work with and I am seeing fantastic results with my Invisalign treatment and my teeth look amazing. He and his team are fantastic, beautiful office, everyone is nice, outcomes are perfection!! My teeth look amazing. I Would definitely give him 100 star if I could & I highly recommend Dr. Orbach!
