My choice to pursue a career in orthodontics was inspired by my love of being challenged and the rewards of improving the self-esteem and health of the people in my community. Regardless of my patients ages, I strongly believe that I can make a positive difference in their lives through beautiful smiles.
Although my formal education is complete, I think its vitally important to stay on top of the newest materials and technologiesso I can provide the absolute best care to my patients. I enjoy taking continuing education courses that keep me informed and aware of new developments in the field of orthodontics. These new methods often provide my patients with more efficient and comfortable treatments, and I am always looking for ways to serve the people who come to me for care to the best of my abilities.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.
Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.

If you are here to see the reviews because you want to work here please run , this was by far the worst job ever , the doctor is very stand-offish and rude . He is also a liar Dror Orbach will promise you hours but don't pay you for them and you will also need to have multiple jobs because he will take off multiple days out the month and will not communicate that with his staff . Also working here I've learned he over charge his patients . For example if you're someone of color he will charge you $800 for a retainer and if you're Caucasian he will charge you $400 . I never worked in a dental office where you have different prices for different people. Please save yourself the headache . Last but not least he also talk about his staff behind their back if he took more pride in his work and not being messy this office would probably be a better place and his patients would probably come out of treatment with better looking teeth .

My previous Orthodontist retired, so I was left without a doctor until Dr. Orbach embraced the challenge of finishing someone else's work. He and his staff diligently worked as if I was their original client. I sincerely appreciate the magic they performed in reshaping my teeth and jaw. I genuinely feel handsome.

I've been a patient of Dr. Orbach for about a year now. Dr. Orbach is a great orthodontist and it has been an easy experience overall. I chose him over multiple orthodontists in the area because he was upfront and honest about the process. I knew my case would be complex (i.e i had previous ortho and was too scared to have corrective jaw surgery) and I wanted to have a doctor that held me accountable and get my teeth in a better position functionally and cosmetically. His office is always very clean and their billing is extremely transparent. I've never had a problem with the front desk staff or any of his assistants. Lauren is great with appointments; they never change them on me or cancel without notice. I was on my way in about a week ago & got into a car accident on my way. I called Lauren hysterical and apologizing. Lauren was phenomenal. She still managed to get me in and seen by Dr. Orbach and his lovely assistant. EVERY single member of the staff took the time to ask if I was okay and they really showed me that they cared. The entire experience of having braces as an adult once terrified me but I have no regrets starting treatment and choosing this amazing team for my care.

Thank you Dr. Orbach and staff for my awesome smile! I recently finished treatment with Incognito lingual braces and could not be happier. From the initial consultation to the end of treatment (under 1 year!) Dr. Orbach and his staff provided excellent care. As a physician with a cosmetic practice, I knew how important finding an orthodontist with the appropriate training, experience, and aesthetic eye was to getting the results I was looking for. Dr. Orbach came highly recommended in the field and was exactly that! The office is beautiful, modern, impeccably clean, and his entire staff is wonderful - I wish I could steal them for my own office. I highly recommend the Incognito lingual braces to prospective patients who are candidates for this treatment. They have the benefit of being truly invisible and always on. I started getting unsolicited compliments on my teeth very early into treatment and now have friends, coworkers, and family members who want Incognito too. I am very grateful that I found my way to Dr. Orbach, and only wish I would have done this sooner.

He is very knowledgeable about the product. His practice specializes in orthodontics which makes you comfortable that you are getting the best advice and treatment possible.
