Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
Dr. Makbul Patel is a well-established and experienced dentist in the Inland Empire area, practicing dentistry for over 39 years. Dr. Patel provides all ranges of dental services including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implant placement, smile correction, teeth whitening, denture and all other aspects of general dentistry.
Dr. Desar finds fulfillment in performing all aspects of dentistry including but not limited to childrens dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, extractions, etc. utilizing the most state of the art technologies.

I have been Dr. Patel's patient for number of years . Every one in his office provide an excellent service and my family visit their clinic regularly. Totally worth for a quick and professional dental treatment or an advise.

The people there are great. Dr.Lee is very patient with the kids and everyone else. All the doctors there are great at applying the anesthesia that you can't even feel it. My 5 year old was laughing when dr.Lee applied the anesthesia, I was shock. I've been coming here for a very long time and I love there services.

I have had two awful experiences at this place and will never go back. The first painful experience I went through was to get a filling fixed but instead I ended up with a cracked tooth that became severely infected after the dentist grinded my tooth to thinly and literally split down the middle. I also had to make an appointment while my jaw was in excruciating pain to then get it pulled out. The second awful experience was due to a partial bridge that they had made for the tooth they cracked and had to have pulled out that was not fit for even a dog. I usually try to give healthcare providers the benefit of the doubt but in my personal experience with this dental group they are no good. Don't go there! As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Also, I did dispute the charge with unfavorable results and they did say they needed to make adjustments to the partial and that they were willing to make it right but the partial was made very poorly and was not going to asthetically look good nor fit any better. There was no fixing this POS. This was the second bad experience there and I was not willing to go back again. I wod give zero stars but couldn't post this without marking one star.

As I am sure everyone hates the dentist but between the staffing and the doctors they really make you feel at home . And Tatiana she is a real kick in the teeth lol her personality is by far the best thanks guys you made an miserable situation much better.

To be completely honest it's been quite awhile before I've been to the dentist due to dentist anxiety, and life getting in the way. However, this time was smooth sailing. The ladies in reception were wonderful and very professional, Dr. Kash is amazing made sure I was comfortable and didn't experience any pain and Maria was wonderful as well! I highly recommend coming here for any of your dentist appointments and checkups! I would give 10 stars but only 5 are available.

Love this place, they have been our dental group for 18yrs now. The dentists are great. Isabel is awesome and will do everything she can to work with you. The staff there are one in a million, very likable. I could not imagine tonight any other dental group.

Everyone is so nice and very good at taking care of #1...me! . Friendly, courteous and genuinely cares about you and your concerns. The office staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My family has been going here over 10 years. We all have good experiences with the Dentists; root canals, crowns, along with check ups. The Dentist's are all nice, knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needs to be done for your best oral health.
