Jane Jackson has been with the practice for over 25 years and is the glue that keeps the practice together! After a 6 month stint working for Bank, Jane Jackson decided the banking career was not for her and joined another local dentist before joining Glenns practice as a junior Dental Assistant with very little experience.
Jane Jackson quickly decided that she could run the practice better than Glenn and her journey began on working her way through all aspects of the practice giving her the knowledge and understanding of the nuts and bolts of the practice.
Jane Jackson is responsible for the overall successful organisation and running of the practice, ensuring that the standards of the practice are upheld. Responsible for the business administration and staffing of the practice.
Outside of work, Janesfocus is on her family and being mum to her two beautiful daughters Annaand Julia. She also loves to travel, having travelled to Europe twice before having a family. Now travel tends to be smaller family holidays.
Robert graduated from the University of QLD in 2005 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Oral Health). From there he worked in the small towns of Yeppoon and Rockhampton doing a combination of private practice and school dental therapy.
In 2010, Robert moved to Sydney and officially accepted hisposition at the practice in early 2011. Robert opted for the dental field as he has always had a keen interest in health and wanted to help people better their oral health and keep their teeth for life. When not in work, Robert has a keen interest in floristry and photography.
Dr John Gordon qualified from Liverpoolin 2008 and did his vocational training at Windsor Dental Practice. Having completed his training, he has worked here since as an associate and is now a vocational trainer himself.
John Gordon has good experience with treating patients in pain, having worked the out-of-hours services in Salford and Oldham since 2006. He is very good with dealing with patients who are nervous. Having completed his training, he has worked here since.

Back again for my teeth cleaning! Got my x-rays and cleaning done. He only allows the patient in the room due to covid. My teeth are still going strong and can still eat lots! He did tell me to less hard food due to my gums in the x-rays. He explained it throughly and taught me how to prevent things from getting worse. I've been seeing Dr. Chou for years and is well trusted. He always catches things at an early stage before it gets worse. Will be back again later this year!

I was a little hesitant to see a dentist during the COVID pandemic, but decided that I shouldn't delay my teeth cleaning any longer. Dr. Chou's office is very clean and he schedules one family per time slot. Unlike most dental offices, Dr. Chou does everything on his own including cleaning which minimizes your exposure. Most importantly, Dr. Chou got both doses of his COVID vaccine so I felt completely safe during my visit there. Dr. Chou is very gentle with kids too. My daughter enjoyed her cleaning while watching TV...she didn't want to leave after! We are very happy with our visit and will definitely be coming back for any dental need in the future.

It's a very clean and new facility. We always went there for our check up. Overall experience is very good. My wife and I did our regular tooth cleaning. We also took our kids (8 and 6) to do cavity fillings. My kids love to see their teeth from the x-ray. Doctor explained very detail and always answer our questions. My kids now remember how to brush teeth appropriately and use floss everyday. Doctor really took his time to take care every patient. Will definitely be remaining here for future treatment.

Since I was young I always have bad teeth and frequent the dentist quite a bit. I have been to many dentists due to my job moves. I've been to big fancy offices and old fashioned dentist who still uses films. I found out about Dr. Chou from one of my colleagues and I am very glad I did. Dr. Chou's office is probably the first one I felt comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Chou is very friendly and down to earth. Due to COVID he is only seeing one patient at a time so there is no wait time and it feels like he's my personal "concierge" doctor. His office is very clean and inviting and he has all the latest technology. Dr. Chou is the only doctor I've seen who explains everything so clearly to me with his cameras and big monitor on the wall. I had a big hole in one of my teeth and he explained all the options to me in a easy to understand manner. I brought the treatment plan I got from the manager of the other big fancy dental office I visited a few days ago and showed him all the stuff they wanted to do. Turns out 80% of the things on the list were either unnecessary or non-existent! Dr. Chou pointed out the only problems I had on the monitor and the cool image from the whole mouth x-ray machine. Instead of the hygienist, Dr. Chou cleaned my teeth and used the opportunity to look at all of my teeth very carefully and taught me how to use the floss properly for the first time in my life! I am glad I finally found a dentist who really cares about his patient. For the next appointment, we started the root canal treatment for my back tooth with the big hole, and I actually fell asleep at one point because the whole procedure was very comfortable (no I didn't ask for the laughing gas). I still have to go back to get my crown put in, but for the first time in my life I am actually looking forward to my dental appointment!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who is looking for a honest, caring dentist. Dr. Chou is the absolute best! As someone who previously hated going to the dentist because it was always a cold, uncomfortable experience, I can happily say that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Chou made my routine checkup and cavity filling extremely easy and pain-free. I've never had a dentist be willing to so thoroughly explain current and potential issues my teeth had. He was able to also advise me on what to do to ensure that I wouldn't get any more problems in the future, beyond simply brushing my teeth. Never thought I'd have a completely pain-free cavity filling experience, and now I'll never go anywhere else! Also super COVID-safe, Dr. Chou only has one patient/family in at a time. My sister and I were the only patients there and we were both temperature and oxygen level-checked. Everything was also well sanitized or brand new from the previous patients.

Dr. Chou is very awesome! I never imagined that I would enjoy going to the dentist but Dr. Chou is very laid back and friendly, not to mention super knowledgeable! I am new to the area and the last dentist I went told me I had more than 10 cavities even though I've been going to my yearly checkup. Not here! Dr. Chou did not recommend any unnecessary treatment at all, in fact, he convinced me not to get some of the expensive cosmetic procedures because of my specific situation. My appointment with Dr. Chou is always on time and he allotted a lot of time to talk to me to make sure I understand what is going on. Dr. Chou office is right above the BevMo in the orange villa plaza where the Staples is, in case if you have trouble finding it.

I was a walk-in and did not have to wait at all. However if I did have to wait, the waiting area would have been very comfortable with Netflix TV. The office was very clean and meticulously kept. Dr. Chou was very attentive and patient. He explained the pros and cons of fillings and inlays to me. Also, after taking x-Rays he recommended I use Waterpik especially for the gap between the implant tooth and the neighboring tooth. I highly suggest Dr. Chou to anyone who wishes to receive great care for their teeth!

I've been going to Dr. Chou since I was working at Cerritos 5 years ago. I am glad Dr. Chou finally moved to Orange County and I recommend him 100%! It is very rare to find an honest dentist who actually care about his patients in a professional and down-to-earth manner. Dr. Chou is very gentle and my kids have no problem getting their teeth cleaned by him. I had some messed up teeth that was causing me a lot of problem because I made the mistake of going to a doctor with a very fancy office who sold me all kinds of "upgrades" but never delivered the work that was promised. Dr. Chou showed me what was needed to be done clearly with pictures and Xrays, and actually spent time to explain to me until I understood all the options and procedures. It was a massive project but I am feeling a lot better and I know exactly what was done. Now he's a lot closer to where I live, I am recommending him too all of my friends!
