Dr. Elgamal was born in Brooklyn, NY. From a young age, Dr. Elgamal was drawn to biology and science and wanted to become a doctor or dentist. Dr. Elgamal eventually attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Since his graduation in 2013, Dr. Elgamal has practiced in all fields of General Dentistry. He is grateful for the experience he has gained working at multiple offices and is excited to bring that knowledge and skill to his own practice, Orange Premier Dental.

I came from another dental office and found this one on Google and let me tell you they are so nice here and respectful I've been twice already and I would totally recommend this dental office. They are timely and very sweet staff. Thank you for taking care of my teeth

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORANGE PREMIER DENTAL" Dr Elgamal, Elsie, Julie & the rest of the office staff are very kind, professional & they all try to meet all your needs & concerns. After dealing with years of problem teeth & spending over $50,000. to repair my teeth, my teeth kept falling out. DR ELGAMAL knew exactly what to do after my first exam. DR ELGAMAL is a highly skilled Dentist. I did what DR ELGAMAL recommended me to do and am very pleased with the results. I was able to receive new teeth at a reasonable price with help from ELSIE who found a great payment plan that was doable for me. THANKS & BLESS YOU DR ELGAMAL, ELSIE, JULIE & STAFF!

Orange Premier Dental is the BEST Dental Office in Orange County. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel like family right from the start. The doctor is very knowlegeable and caring and explains EXACTLY the things you need to put you on the path to great dental health. Been coming to Dr. WALLS and Orange Premier Dental for over 45 years and they are totally awesome! Quality Dental care, outstanding staff with a clean and safe professional operation...you never want to get Dental work done, but at least you know here you'll have the best care and experience possible!

If I can leave more than five star for Dr. Elgamal I would. I had previously done composite veneers to make my tinny teeth look longer with another dentist and they chipped after only a few months. Then thank God I found Dr.Elgamal who fixed everything and gave me a new set of veneers that looks soooo good and natural looking all my friends and their parents want to get it done. He gave me my dream smile with the help of the wonderful Faby which made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. She really cared about me and went above and beyond to calm me down because I was nervous which was unnecessary because the procedure wasn't painful. This is one of the best dental experiences I had thanks to the wonderful staff and their manger Elcie who was very nice, helpful and informative. She gave me the best payment plan . They really do their best to make their patients happy that's why orange primer dental is number #1 in my opinion and I highly recommend them. Get an appointment with them you won't regret it.

Staff and acomodation is good but they just grab custmers and not check properly insurance and give quote. Also quote of work is 3 times higher than A class other dentist I just went for second opinion of coast. Feels like Robing .

Excellent service. Caring, friendly staff. No pressure and honest charges. You can trust them to be honest with you. Also, Tiffany will take all the time needed to make your dental experience is as gentle as possible which was a big concern for me.

Great service! I hadn't been to the dentists is about 7 years and the staff came up with a game plan and helped me out. They were very patient and gentle when it came to pain. Would highly recommend staff is once again great and very kind and gentle
