Dr. Douglas M. Reed is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry. He practiced dentistry in Palm Beach County, Florida for twenty years before relocating his family to Orange Park, where he took over a long established practice in 2005.
Dr. Reeds focus is on the latest advances in the field of dentistry. This includes continuation education courses, hands-on esthetic classes, and the latest techniques in cosmetic and implant dentistry.

I just want everyone to know how great this Dentist (Dr Reed) his asst., Bethany and the gentleman at the front desk Raymond ( if I'm wrong on his name I apologize) and let's not forget Debbie. I had two teeth pulled and everyone was just the nicest when the extraction was going on. I would recommend ANYONE looking for a dentist to check them out, I promise you won't regret it, thank you Dr Reed and staff, see you all again soon

Debbie the hygienist is great! She is kind and caring, gentle with her instruments of torture in your mouth, always smiling. Really the whole office is great from Raymond who checks you in and truly cares about you as a person to Bethany the dental tech who is always smiling and singing happily as she works on you. Dr Reed is outstanding, always asks after you, gentle in his workings and always quick to make sure your not in any discomfort. No one likes to go to the dentist so when I finally found one that makes me feel totally comfortable I still continue to go there even though I moved miles away and have a dental office right outside my neighborhood.

If you want a personable, accommodating and knowledgeable dental office, look no further. I love this office, the staff is small and friendly and Dr. Reed always takes care of my concerns, giving me back my smile and confidence.

For quite a long time I didn't want to go to a dentist because of the bad past experiences. I heard so many great recommendations about Orange Park Smile, so I decided to give them a try, and I am sol glad that I did. Dr. Reed and his staff were absolutely amazing. What a caring and compassionate office, I only wish that I would have went to them earlier. Thanks Again Orange Park Smile!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed for over 10 years and I hope he never retires. He and his staff are wonderful and they really do treat you like family. Dr. Reed always has the patients best interest at heart and will help you make an informed decision on your personal dental health.

The doctor and the staff were both professional and helpful, especially Raymond who helped with a billing question. All in all very nice experience as far as going to the dentist anyway lol

First experience was a fail with cleaning. Roughly 4 years ago, the lady was rude and inconsiderate. Just returned because two fillings they did on my teeth were loose and one fell out. Can't have that! went back to have them fixed, he replaced the fillings on my dime. Also did not give attention to patient as a normal dentist would. I think they to work on the customer service. The dentist came in analyzed and left, the receptionist came in and threw a piece of paper and said these are your options, after arguing with the receptionist the dentist came in and replaced the fillings which were not perfect, the shape was off and they are rough to the touch of the tongue... needless to say I personally will not be returning to Orange Park Smiles and wouldn't recommend them to others.

My husband went there this week to get a tooth pulled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was super helpful and listened to what my husband said. I would recommend this doctor for all of your dental needs.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Reed and his staff for a couple of years. We would highly recommend Orange Park Smiles. Dr. Reed and his staff are super friendly and helpful especially when something comes up urgent. We drive from North St. Johns County to see Dr. Reed.

Upon my arrival, Raymond at the front desk, was so professional and pleasant which made me feel like I had come to the right place. The next stop was in the dental chair with a new dental team and a new dentist, I had never been to before. The professionalism and honesty they all displayed made it easy for me to make my decision that Orange Park Smiles was my new dental office. I had come from an Awesome dentist Dr.Michael Murray, in the Panhandle area of Fl. So for me, I needed to feel secure in who I choose next? So thank you Dr.Reed and your entire staff for making the ''new patient'' experience enjoyable!
