I met with Dr. Brown for a consultation and could not have been more pleased with the pleasant and professional staff as well as having full confidence with Dr. Brown's recommendation for my care. I would definitely recommend this practice for endodontic work!

OMG I still can't believe I went into Dr Brown's office to have a route canal done and left there feeling GREAT. No pain no soreness after the procedure and still no pain or discomfort Dr Brown you were awesome And Ms Sarah assisting him was outstanding Thank you

About a year ago, I was in a lot of pain, and this office was able to get me in quickly. Everyone was very friendly and the office was so clean. While I was getting my root canal done, Dr. Brown informed me that the tooth next to the one he was working on needed a crown due to a crack. Not only was the root canal painless, but he made me aware of another problem. I was very appreciative. I immediately made an appointment to have a crown put on the fractured tooth. Fast forward to now and unfortunately the crowned tooth now needed a root canal as well. Of course I went back to Dr. Brown's office for this one as well. As always, everyone was wonderful and the process went super smooth. I continued to have some discomfort afterwards (I cannot stress enough that this is in no way Dr. Browns fault. The root canal he did on another tooth has never given me any issues), and Dr. Brown has worked closely with me on trying to figure out what is wrong. They have not given up on me and it's very reassuring. Lets be honest.. in this day and age that type of care is rare. Most of the time its pay the bill and not my problem anymore. Not this office. Not this doctor. Not his staff. I hope I don't need any future root canals, but if I do.. I'll always come back here. Salt of the Earth people :)

I met Dr. Brown today for first time, I was referred by my family dentist to Dr. Brown for an upper root canal evaluation. I was scheduled at 8am as I walked into the receptionist she said I have your paper work right here. And if it was good already it got better. The dental assistant Ms. Farrah (I hope I spelled it right) was so friendly and professional I was amazed. She listened to everything I had to say and took my x- rays. She assured me everything was going to be alright. Dr. Brown came in introduced himself and shook my hand. He acted as if he had known me all of my life. He spoke clearly and was very easy to understand. He laid out 2 procedures with the pros and cons. He is very forthright and does not try to push you one way or another and will answer any question you ask. He and his staff were incredible during my visit. I cannot express my appreciation enough. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Thomas Brown and his staff they get a big smiley face from me. Professional and caring health care Doctor and staff.

wonderful from start to finish ! Made an appointment for a root canal and seen the very next day ! Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly, really an amazing experience. Didn't feel a thing!!

They made the visit a great experience. They got me in same day and explained everything thoroughly. They even called my primary dentist to obtain my insurance information prior to my arrival so I didn't have to find it. Everyone was friendly and they made me comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their type of care.

So personable, professional and they do a fabulous, pain free job doing difficult root canals. Mine was through a bridge and my bridge is still in tact. Very much appreciate the great job they do and the care they take. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brown and his staff were extremely gentle and patiently answered all of my questions so I would feel relaxed and comfortable with my plan of care. The whole process is extremely organized and they made sure to keep me well informed of what to expect every step of the way.

I happened to have a procedure done on Veterans Day and I was back up and running without a hitch by lunchtime. Highly recommended and highly proficient practice Dr. Brown runs in Orange Park. Knowledgeable and efficient protocols were executed for a seem-less root canal. Thank you Doc and staff for the outstanding office you run!

I just had a root canal done at an excellent price. And also got excellent treatment too. I do have bad gag reflex and they were patient while I was receiving my treatment. They also checked frequently to see if I were having any pain. The stuff they used to numb my gum was highly effective. It has been 2 days now and I'm having no more pain, which I thought I would continue to have up to a week later (it takes time to heal after treatment).

Absolutely amazing Dr and staff! I moved here from out of state. I was really worried about finding a good dentist and endodontist and thankfully was referred to Doctor Brown. Didn't feel a thing haha and the staff was very kind and caring and very professional.

My name is R. Kay. I had a root canal done on Feb 17, 2021. The front desk staff was very professional in getting me checked in . I was very nervous and a little scared going in for root canal. Sarah and Farah did all prep work and put me at ease while, I was in the chair. Dr Brown did an awesome job on root canal. He answered any questions that, I had! Dr Brown was so good. I wanted to make him my permanent dentist. But he only does root canals! I would definitely recommend Dr Brown to anyone who needs a root canal.
