A 2000 licensed graduate of USC Pediatric Dentistry Program, and residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou has been practicing at Orange Grove Dental for the past twelve years. She specializes in Children's Dentistry including oral sedation. She have successfully completed over 12,000 oral sedation cases. She is board certified in Pediatric Dentistry and utilizes the latest techniques in digital radiology.
Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, active member of California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, USC/Pediatric Dental Alumni, Chinese American dental association and frequently attend continue educations worldwide. Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
With over years of experience, Dr. Andy has great clinical skill and patience. He is also fluent in Mandarin. Very warm and positive personality. Dr. Andy was the chairman of Chinese Dental Association for one year. He enjoys spending time with his growing family.
Dr. Kim graduated from Loma Linda University. His specialty is family dentistry with over 15 years experience. He has great hand skills and trilingual in English, Chinese inlucing Mandarin and Taiwanese. He is passionate about root canal treatment and difficult extractions.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. David has specialized incredible skills in difficult Root Canals and Extractions. He is also fluent in Mandarin. Dr. David has a great family and enjoys spending time with his children.
She is a dentist anesthesiologist who is trained in a wide range of anesthesia techniques helpful to dental practices. She provides the comfort and safety of monitoring, sedation and general anesthesia for dental patients treated in surgery centers and private offices. Having completed a hospital residency at Loma Linda University, Dr. Tsai has advanced training in clinical pharmacology and emergency care. This allows her to competently assess and manage the risks inherent to dental anesthesia and to provide treatment for both adult and pediatric populations.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA in Neuroscience (Cum Laude), Dr. Tsai continued at UCLA to complete her dental education. She graduated with honors and achieved top board scores. After several years in private practice, Dr. Tsai continued her education with residency training in Anesthesiology at the School of Dentistry of Loma Linda University in Southern California. Here she was trained in all modalities of medical anesthesiology, with a focus in caring for pediatric and adult patients with special needs and complex medical conditions. She is certified in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support with the American Heart Association.
Dr. Tsai is a member of American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Western Los Angeles Dental Society.

Never ever take your children here they used to tie me up and they threaten you if you don't comply with them. All they want is money they do procedures that are unnecessary, like I said they don't care about the kids they're just in it for the money. I know have ptsd every time I go to the dentist. I just want the larger Mexican women specifically to know if I ever see her out in the public she'll end up in the ICU!
