I am so grateful to everyone who works here for helping me overcome some major fears I had about going to the dentist. It had been many years and I knew I had to get work done. I was actually going to the Auto parts next door and I got a strong feeling that this was the place. I'm glad I trusted my intuition. The name Gentle is a perfect fit for how they operate. The first time I walked in to request an appointment Cecilia made it so easy. She asked for my insurance card and ran it made an appointment and the rest is history. I also really appreciate Noemy who is patient, thoughtful, and really good at making sure all the details are covered. Both ladies are so kind and I feel very much at ease in their presence. The Dental assistants like Monica are experienced and have a positive attitude. She knows how to calm the nerves by speaking sincerely and truthfully. Dr, Li is by far the best Dentist I have ever experienced. She is so quick, before you know it everything is done. She truly is an artist with a combination of dexterity and finesse. She embodies the Gentle name in her actions, and she genuinely cares for her patients. I was finally able to lay to rest fears around going to the dentist with this place. I have a new confidence about life and I feel like a new person. I actually look forward to going now and taking responsibility for my oral health.

I went to her 3 years ago and all the teeth she worked on still hurt. For the first year I couldn't even eat bananas because my back teeth were so sensitive. I get food stuck between my teeth now almost every day which never happened before. She was very nice however that doesn't compensate for my new life altering difficulties. I went to another dentist who recommended I try sensidine and said i need to go back to her so she can fix her work. I went back to her several times in the beginning and when she couldn't fix what she had done she began suggesting I go to see someone about a root canal. It's been a few years so maybe she has more experience now or something but I wish I never would have allowed her to work on my teeth. I'll probably need to have most of them removed eventually because of the work she did. The worst part is my teeth were fine before, she suggested I remove metal fillings on all eight of my back teeth upper and lower and now my mouth has been having life altering problems ever since. Sorry to leave this review on such a nice person but competence is really important in dentistry which I have learned the hard way.

I will not be coming back to this office. The nurse Noemi is a rude confrontational person. She lacks professionalism in this field. She insisted I disclose medical information in front of three patents. I asked to speak with my Dentist and she refused to let me speak to my Dentist until she knew why. She is extremely rude and I saw her have an altercation with another patient in front of other patients and it was very harsh and loud. She is a downgrade to this dentistry. I have been going here for over 4 years and really enjoy the staff and the environment setting. The doctors are very kind and respectful. However, Noemi needs to be held accountable for her actions.

We have been seen once and this place already has taken care of my whole family of 6, they are very friendly, accommodating, professional and the doctors knows exactly what she is doing. Thank you for everything so far

Was thrilled with the work! They live up to their name "Gentle Dentist" -- there was no pain involved. Just very professional, friendly and excellent service. Thank you!

I had a very horrible experience with Dr Dina Aleissa, I went to her for an annual dental exam in June 2020, she suggested two crowns on my right upper molar teeth, one molar tooth was completely normal with a very minor scar on it, she suggested crown for it and charged 700$ as a copay. since then she put the crown, My right upper molar tooth become highly sensitive and painful, she asked me to visit her office 3 times, she was unable to fix it. I strongly doubt her competency, now she told me that it will require a root canal and asked me to go to some other doctor as she can't do a root canal, she is a rookie doctor and incompetent, I highly advise not to visit her, I am very unhappy with her treatment. I used to go to another dentist in Tustin for years never ever faced such kind of issue.

I hadn't been on a dentist office for quite a while and my teeth were bothering me, so I looked around online and decided to give this location a try since it was close to my home. I am definitely glad I did. They took x-rays and photos to see what was wrong and explain their findings to me very well. They gave me a course of action to take and answered all other questions I had. Although, I don't have insurance they were able to work with me to find a reasonable price for these procedures. After I had my first procedure done, they called me up to check I didn't have any complications/pains, etc. Overall, they are a very friendly and welcoming staff, and would highly recommend it. I absolutely love it here, when they say Gentle they truly mean it. I had a huge fear of going to the dentist but thanks to this amazing team that is a thing of the past. I've been a patient since 2016 and have had several procedures done, my smile has never looked better. The best part is they don't lecture you about hygiene they teach you simple steps to get to a better you.

Dr. Aleissa and her staff at Orange Gentle Dentist are the utmost professionals in their field. Dr. Aleissa is just a kind and beautiful person in general. The staff is caring, they make you feel very comfortable the minute you step into the office and throughout the dental procedure. Dr. Aleissa dental office is equipped with the newest technology, the entire facility is very clean and sanitary. The visit is always followed up by a phone call the following day to go over any questions you may have and go through any procedure to follow to assure that you are not experiencing any discomfort to assure that you're doing fine. I highly recommend Orange Gentle Dentist for all your dental needs!

My old, old filing feel out. They were able to set me up the next day appointment. I was out in less than an hour! Everyone is so nice here.

Exelent service, i have all my teeth filled in here, they care if i feel pain. The staff are realy nice and funny. Im coming back to get my bridge done
