Had an unpleasant experience due to the front office lady non professional poor attitude. She escorted me out before dental assistant was finished. After she had escorted me out the dental assistant came after me and stated she hadn't finished my cleaning.

Irena is the dentist who performed my tooth extraction for me. She was very rough, rude, and inconsiderate throughout my visit. Her attitude was very short towards me, and I felt like she didn't want to serve me. Not to mention the front desk receptionist forgot to give me both my prescription paper and the recommendation I needed to see the oral surgeon; I had to go back into the clinic two separate times to receive each of those papers. I would say I had an awful experience. I won't be returning to that office again in the future. In addition, I would not recommend this office to another person. Update: 5 days after my surgical extraction I had to go back to Irena to have her remove my sutures 1 week early as she tied them to tight. The sutures became embedded in my gum, and my gum started to swell up. Update: ~18 days later. I am going to another oral surgeon and he is going to re-irrigate the tooth and remove the old bone-graphing because the bone-graphing did not take. In addition, there is also exposed bone in the gum showing.

I came into Orange Gentle Dentist and was promptly greeted by the receptionist to sign in as a new patient. I got x-rays and teeth cleaning within a reasonable time for my first visit. The entire staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for a new dentist.

I have been coming here for routine dental cleaning and x-rays for past 2 years. They've always been so caring and on top of things. No hidden charges. No strange bills. They always tell me before hand if something isn't covered. And today for first time I had filling at this office. I can not say enough good things, 5 stars is not enough. I've always had trouble with being numbed before, And still felt everything. But today for first time in 10 years I sat there not feeling a thing. Left the office with a smile and not tears. I have been to many different dentists and offices before, different states and even different countries. No one has had this much professionalism as well as Kindness and mindfulness. Thank you to the orange gentle dentists and team for, once again, fast and easy treatment.

This office is living in the past. They cancelled our appointment for myself and two siblings because of their call back confirmation policy. They leave a voicemail 30 mins before they close the day before and expect a call back to confirm an appointment later that afternoon? We didn't even receive a 24 hour notice to call back. We show up 30 mins before our scheduled appointment time and we're turned away because our appointment was apparently canceled. If you're looking for a confirmation, send a text message. With all the scam calls going around who listens to their voicemail anymore? What a strange way to conduct a business, throw away revenue from three patients because no one called you back? It's about to be 2022, get with the times. Very disappointed with the service and the way the entire thing was handled. The person at the front desk didn't even offer to reschedule us and seemed to be having a bad day, very rude and not a welcoming atmosphere whatsoever.
