Dr. Christiaan A. Willig received his bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from Wabash College and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. After practicing dentistry with the Public Health Service in Browning, Montana on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, he relocated to Northern Indiana to provide dental care in 2005.
DentistsDr. Abe Saff is a proud graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. He graduated from Baruch College, where he double majored in Biological Sciences and Psychology. Originally from New York, he has found a home here in Indiana. Dr. Saff enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially treating children. In dental school, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Student Award. Dr. Saff approaches each patient as an individual, and provides detailed care in everything he does. He is an avid New York sports fan, but we are trying to slowly change that. He spends most of his free time at home with his wife and daughter. If not at home, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places. We at Orange Door Dental Group have full trust in Dr. Saff, and are beyond excited to have him as part of our team!
Amanda is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) here at the practice. For the time that shes been with us, her expanded training has been invaluable. Shes a team player through and through. Our practice strives to work together efficiently for the benefit of both our patients and our staff, and Amandas contribution to that unity shines brightly.
Insurance can be a nightmare, adding even more pressure to an already stressful situation. Connie is the wizard that helps people sort all of that out. With her experience and gentle manner, our patients are able to get the most out of their dental experience.
Connie has been married for over forty years. Together, she and her husband have four children and twelve grandchildren to keep life interesting. Her family is one of her greatest joys. Sometimes, though, she needs to spend a little time relaxing. For this, she turns to the great outdoors, where she takes care of her pets and her garden.
Our hygienist Grace graduated in 2006 from the hygiene program at Ivy Tech. She has been with us since 2016. Shes particularly good at explaining treatments and procedures in a comfortable way that helps nervous patients relax.
When shes not busy taking care of patients, she has her hands full raising her daughter and her son with her husband. Nothing is more important to Grace than family and friends. She loves playing card games together as well as spending summers at the lake cottage.
Kayla has multiple degrees and several years of experience as a dental hygienist. She graduated from Kellogg Community College with her dental hygiene degree, and earned her bachelors in interdisciplinary health from Western Michigan University.
Liz has been a dental hygienist with us since 2011! Her cheerful attitude and professional experience make the workplace fun and uplifting for everyone. One of her goals as a hygienist is to make each patients experience a positive one.
The hard work never stops for Liz. When she gets home, shes got two teenagersKate and Johnto keep her plenty busy. With her family, she enjoys walking, cross-country skiing, and getting up to lighthearted shenanigans.
Megan joined of our crew eight years ago. In 2011, she certified in coronal polishing and fluoride application. In 2012 she completed her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary training. On top of all that, shes CPR certified. Were lucky to have her on our staff.
Pat brings over thirty-seven years of dental experience to our practice. As an office manager, she goes above and beyond, both in helping the office to run smoothly and in sincerely treating every person who comes through the door like part of the family.
Sherry is one of our dental assistants with expanded function certification. She does great work, and has been with us since 2013. She loves to go on long hikes, where she can really appreciate the wonder of nature. Sherry also loves to relax with her family.

Orange Door Dental Group was sensitive to my concerns as a Black woman. They gave a listening ear to my knowledge of Black people's history of being treated like guinea pigs in this Western society. Am grateful for their expertise.

Love the staff. Dr. Willig has been successful in making me and my family feel comfortable in our choice of making Orange Door our family dentist (now, for over a decade) upon relocating to the area. Kayla is a superstar in our eyes as well as Dr. Saff and the front office staff are very friendly and attentive. Thanks for making the trip to the dentist a positive one.

As someone who has had horrible experiences at the Dentist in the past, I was able to get over a majority of my discomfort over the last year or two coming to Orange Door. They do take my insurance so definitely worth looking into. I make the drive from Mishawaka to see them!

I have a track record of going to the dentist every five years because I feel like I can smell wet teeth and I breathing in other people's bone particles in the air. When I arrived at the Orange Door, the dental hygienist was great and somehow didn't hurt me during the process of getting images/x-rays. The doctor was great and very understanding of my spastic attitude towards being at the dentist. I will very likely go back for my 6 month cleaning instead of waiting 5 years.

Highly, highly, highly recommend Orange Door for ANY dental work. They always do such an amazing job with my 8 year old and myself. Very clean, very friendly, all staff are exceptional and Grace and the front desk staff are ALWAYS on point. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service and always educate their patients on how to maintain and keep healthy dental hygiene. Love this place and will continue to use them for all my family's dental needs!!!

The staff at Orange Door Dental are amazing! Going to the dentist can, for many, can create a lot of anxiety. From walking in the front door (which IS Orange) to the time you check out, every staff member treats you with the utmost care and compassion that just puts all your worries aside.
