I'm sorry to say this but this place is unprofessional. Some of the staffs are extremely rude and mean. The person that does the cleaning where she's some god sent angel with her nasty attitude. My dad, a disabled senior went in there more than 3 times. Each time he had to wait hours before being told he had to reschedule. They don't care about your time wasted. You can have an appointment and still wait three hours before being seen. The worst is when you have an appointment and then you wait there for hours to then be told you cannot be seen.

They are very friendly in person, but very rude and short over the phone. I was just trying to make an appointment and was put on hold for 20 minutes without any explanation. When I called back to inquire on why I was on hold for so long...no one answered the phone. I called 3 times and still no response.

I went to get my fillings from 10 years ago changed , the dentist resha( might be spelling it wrong) was so polite and answered every question I had. She made the procedure as painless as possible, while drilling she would ask if I'm ok . Informed me before what would take place . I wish I could of gave her a tip lol she was great . Definitely will recommend

(4pm)- My first experience here so far. My appt is 3pm on a Thursday. They took my xray real quick, told me to wait again in the waiting room, and now I've been here for an hour. The man sitting near me has been here for an hour and a half. Not sure how I feel about this place. Two stars for now, but I will update this review again when I finally finish my appointment. Update: meh place, I give it about 2.5 stars. It's impossible to reach them.

They literally never answer the phone. I've called at random times and days 3 times now (9:30am, 11am, 3pm,) on the weekdays that they are open and never an answer. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room when i went a few months back but the woman who took my xray was really nice so my stars are for her

Would NOT recommend this facility. Due to my child's insurance I had to use this Dentist for emergency reasons. The staff is rude & clueless. My son was put in a room by himself for OVER 45 minutes & no one would tell him anything. Due to Covid & him being 17, I was told I had to wait in my car. He didn't even want to return for work to be finished. I have called and emailed to be taken out of their system yet they continue to text EVERYDAY (sometimes 3 times a day) to schedule follow up appointment. My son was NOT happy with service received & staff is VERY unprofessional.

Don't waste your time going to this place. Long waiting times even when you arrive on time for your appointment. The level of service they provide is horrible and they don't care to hear or treat the customer's main concerns. I came here for the same issue twice and did not get the help I need. Just provided with basic level care. Not enough. Go here if you want a basic doctor who continues to take xrays to get money out of insurance and does nothing to attend to your requesting needs.

This office deserves zero stars. They are very slow and lack efficiency. Even though you make an appointment you still have a 3 hour wait. No one knows why. If you are 15 minutes late you are turned away and have to wait months for a convenient reschedule appointment but they think it's ok to keep you waiting. The office is under new management and it has dropped in efficiency and service. Kathy at the front desk is very nice and one of the original members of the team, Allison who works the Laser X-ray machine is also very pleasant and efficient and another original member. Other than those two, everyone else is new and the quality of service has dropped tremendously.

They never answer the phone and when they do they put me on hold and can never get a hold of anybody, I definitely do not recommend this place.

The worst dental place my child has been to. When you can them to make appointments, they keep you on hold for hours. it's as if they forgot that someone is the line waiting for them and no apologies if they ever speak to you.Thier services are poor. Rubbish!!!

This dental group deserves 0 stars because everytime I go there early for my appointment they have me waiting 2+ hours ! Sometimes they even cancel my appointment. Now they're trying to charge people 25 dollars for being late or canceling the same day due to inconvenience issues! This dentist is not good enough for them to be doing that! They should be charged for wasting their guests time. There's also no communication or reassurance when they have you waiting for hours and they even have people who came after you go before you. Very much a mess. I do not recommend this dental group.

I just want to say that Dr. Gadhavi went above and beyond. And I wish I could rate doctors separately. She is very pleasant, empathetic and you can tell she actually cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. It doesn't feel rushed and sloppy. She informed me about my dental health, made me feel comfortable, explained everything that she was about to do and what needs to be done in the future. As someone who always dreads the dentist she made my experience so much better. I highly recommend this doctor!!!

Worst dental office ive been to... Trying to get dental work for 3 yrs and all I could get is cleaning twice in 3 years.... Somehow I had my appts rescheduled 3 times without even a phone call. Or a confirmation for appt.. They wont answer the phone for a returning patient. But will take new patients appts..Salty inexperienced staff lacking customer service..... And the office shows that! Outdated and broken equipment ! Dental chairs and sinks, torn and stained... Not worth the aggravation anymore. Another 3 month wait for new appt to get same results. Rather wait for a new experience elsewhere.

This was my first time at this dentist office. Check in was fast and smooth. X-rays were good. Jen did my cleaning and it was very thorough. Very gentle and on point. Loved it. Great experience. The doctor was very nice and friendly! Will come back.

If you don't have anything to do, feel free to come I had an appointment for 1 pm and left their office at 3 pm. Guess what? The doctor was sitting in his office talking with a woman, for the nurse to go and tell him that I have been waiting for a long time. When he finally came, the only thing I heard was, "you good, no cavity, you can go" I only saw him for 1 minute.
