My first visit I felt welcome by staff . Its been a while sense pandemic and be coming a caregiver 65 years old trying to save my teeth I have left. Felt Doctor and assistant was very knowledgeable of my concern

2nd time there yesterday and the doctor was very kind and generous took care of my tooth with no pain at all...i will be going bk there again....the staff was friendly ...clean office also thumbs up for this dentist office...

dont let anyone touch you unless is Dr. Harris. the staff is wonderful, receptionist are nice. I have been a patient for about 7 years, and have been treated by Dr. harris and my experience was perfect, no complaints. but now they put me with ramdom new doctors and every time a new doctor come in is a bad experience. in my last visit the new doctor let me with anestesia for one hour and 15 minutes in the room and work on me with pain because the anestesia went away. and he was fixing what another new doctor did to me.

The only good thing about this office is the receptionists really can't speak for other staff members but my visit was horrible went in to get a tooth pulled and the old Asian Dr chipped my other tooth in half by knocking the instrument that they use to pull teeth with against it. Didn't apologize for it and did not answer when ask did he chip it. Afterwards I developed dry socket told him that I believe that is what I have cause the pain is excruciating at night. Went it for him to check only to say yeah you have dry socket. The dr I saw had no chair side manner what so ever was rude and cold no kindness at all even tried to tell me that I was not feeling any pain and just pressure and acted like he didn't want to give me anymore numbing medicine. Never was afraid to go to a dentist until visiting this place. I should've turned around and backed out after witnessing a 6yr old screaming to the top of his lungs in another room and the same dr had no patience and went to another patient. He didn't even try to calm the child down or tell the mother to. Would not recommend this place even if I had to have my wisdom teeth taken out Id do it myself before I'd let them touch me. Horrible if he still there he should resign he is only in it for the money. Plus I want to say these are students from Rutgers and he is a terrible terrible teacher. No sympathy and still never even offered to fix my half tooth that he hit. I would've gave no stars to this establishment. I'm sure there are better dentists in the City of East Orange. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL.
