Dr. Faden graduated amongst the top in her class from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and is passionate about teaching your child great dental habits, as well as making each experience a positive one.
Cindy was formerly a dental assistant in Hawaii for 3 years before receiving her dental hygiene degree from Hostos Community College in 2014. She recently moved to the Orange County area and joined our team in August 2018. She is a mom to two boys and enjoys working with children and teaching them the value of good oral hygiene.
Tish returns to our practice with over 18 years experience in pediatric/general dental hygiene. She graduated from Bergen Community College in 2003 with an Applied Science/Dental Hygiene degree. While in school, she earned various awards and scholarships and was president of her graduating class. Tish is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and attends annual training and certification classes. She enjoys reading, cooking, hiking the Hudson Valley, kayaking, & traveling. Tish looks forward to bringing her warm, nurturing care to all the children who sit in her chair.
Janice graduated in 1997 from OCCC where she earned an award and a scholarship in Dental Hygiene. She went on to earn an advanced Dental Hygiene Degree from the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. Janice has remained an active member of the ADHA since graduation and has worked in both general and pediatric dentistry. As the mother of 4 boys, Janice has a special passion for working with children and can often be found going to the area preschools to teach children about dental health. Janice is truly happiest when she can reframe the way a child feels about dentistry and can then watch them leave feeling great about their smile.
Rachael joined our team in June 2016 after having worked in the Medical Pediatric field for many years. Rachael has a vast knowledge of patient account management, human resources and medical assisting. Rachaels passion has always been working with children and you will often see her warm and caring smile there to greet you and your child as you arrive in our friendly office.
Michelle joined our team in October 2019 with over seven years of previous experience in customer service. She loves working with children and recently became a new mother herself. Michelle enjoys welcoming children to the office and making sure they feel comfortable walking through the door.
Sabrina completed her dental assisting degree in 2009 and joined our team in April 2017. She has extensive experience in both pediatric and adult dentistry but has found that her true passion is in working with children. As a mother, she understands the apprehension that a child may have when coming for a dental visit and she always strives to help children overcome their fears and to make them feel comfortable when visiting the dentist.
Cayla has been a dental assistant since 2016. She started off in general dentistry but quickly realized her true calling was working with children. Her goal as a pediatric dental assistant is to make the children feel comfortable and to make their visit a positive experience.
Ardita graduated from Dental Assisting School of Rockland in 2015 and has worked both in General and Pediatric Dentistry. She loves helping people achieve their dream smiles and helping teach children about their dental health. When not working she enjoys spending time with her son and husband.
Dr. Olstein, also known to her patients as Dr. Dayna, attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology. She went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. There she was elected into the OKU Dental Honor Society and graduated among the top of her class. Following dental school, Dr. Olstein went on to complete an additional two-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Schneider Childrens Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Olstein completed the certification process to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. A Board certified pediatric dentist involves a series of rigorous tests after completing their two years of specialized training. In order to remain a Board certified dentist, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry requires its members to undergo an annual re-certification process involving continuing education and testing to remain up-to-date on the latest developments of dental treatment, research, and technology.
Dr. Olstein has been named in Hudson Valley Magazines Top Dentists from 2008-2019. She is a past President of the Southern Orange Dental Society as well as an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the 9th District Dental Society. When not pursuing her passion for putting big smiles on little faces, Dr. Olstein enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

My daughter had her 1st visit to the dentist. She is 4yrs old. Delayed in getting her due to covid etc.... The staff at the facility were wonderful with jia. She is so shy and they helped her feel at ease about the visit. Thank you so much!!! 11/1/22 My daughter had her cavities filled in today and when I tell you that I couldn't have been happier with this dental facility. Very understanding and their patience are like hearts of gold. Truly appreciate you all!!!

After struggling to find a good pediatric dentist a friend told us about Orange County Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dana is amazing and the entire team is beyond great! My kids actually love going to the dentist. They are thorough, gentle and always make our experience enjoyable and special. Can't say enough good things about this practice.

What a pleasant place, my son felt soo confortable sitting down and getting his filing done he was able to watch Netflix and relax he got laughing gas which wasn't a lot which help, and was entertaining seeing him lol, the process was quick and painless, the environment was very kid friendly, and when he was done he got a prize, needless to say I was jelly, There needs to be more dentist and staff like Orange County pediatric dentistry thank you

OCPD is amazing. I've been taking my 5 year old and 3 year old here since they were both 1. They absolutely love seeing Dr. Dayna. The hygienists are amazing and treat my kids so wonderfully. They have many options to help your children feel comfortable with whatever services they need. My kids are genuinely excited to go to the dentist every six months! My kids are even excited to brush their teeth twice a day and floss! They want to stay in the no cavity club. I have never had a bad experience here. The receptionists are so kind and they accommodate as much as they can with scheduling. When making an appointment for a routine cleaning you just have to make your appointment six months in advance but that's no surprise to me because this practice is truly the best in all of Orange County. Thank you Dr. Dayna and all the staff!

My kids LOVE going to the dentist! Every staff member is friendly and warm and the hygienists area always wonderful. Not only do they do a good job, they entertain whatever topics my kids want to talk about and engage with them the whole time! The dentists are knowledgeable and also great with my kids. The iPads in the waiting room always make my kids happy (as if they never spend time on these at home lol), but we're never waiting long enough for them to play, which is great! And finally-- the prize machines at the end-- the highlight! :)

What 5 year old looks forward to going to the dentist? Mine does! We have been going to OCPD for years. The staff is always professional and friendly and the office is clean and kid-friendly. Highly recommended. OCPD is the best!

We cant recommend them enough!!! Every single person there treats my children with such love and sweetness. We are taken right away and are in and out. Dr aerial and dr dayna are the best and truly have your child's best interest at heart. As a bonus the office is absolutely beautiful and new. Amazing and highly competent staff as well. Everyone is a pleasure !!!! I just love that we found them!!!

absolutely amazing experience. First time here as we recently moved to the area. All 3 of my kids loved it. Facility is state of the art and very welcoming environment for children. My 5 year old walked in crying from being nervous to leaving with a huge smile on her face saying she can't wait to return for her follow up check up. The Doctor and staff are amazing as well. They really made my kids feel safe and took all their nerves and fears away with their demeanor and positivity. Cannot say enough about how amazing they are.

I brought my 3 year old for her first dental visit. I was nervous for her, and and for me not knowing what to expect. The experience was AMAZING! From the moment we walked through the door my daughter was welcomed and made to feel like a superstar. They made her feel comfortable and she loved her experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Could not be better! After searching for over a year for good pediatric dentist in OC, we are so happy to have found this wonderful practice. Every member of the team there is kind friendly and an advocate. Their facilities are spotlessly clean, they have great covid protocols such as screening before visit and mask policy. It is a perfect sized operation with so many ways to engage the children in their dental health. We brought our two children here today, and could not have felt more grateful for the kind professional and knowledgeable services provided by the front desk, dental hygienist, and doctor. A+++
