My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed this morning at the Nashville center. The staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Sybo is the most amazing and awesome surgeon ever. He was so kind and caring with my son and Kept me updated along the way. I can't say enough good things about him and his office staff.

When a place can't tell you any kind of an idea or estimate what to be prepared for financially for a simple tooth extraction, I write them off! This place is extremely expensive and they won't tell you that they're probably going to charge you $1,000 for a basic tooth extraction on top of a $240 evaluation fee and then I x-rays etcetera. I want to have a better idea of what I need to be prepared for before I make an appointment of ours out of my life!

the girls who greeted me were friendly, however even tho I arrived on time, I waited 40+ minutes to have the Dr barely look at my mouth and spent 5 minutes with me and was charged $59

Great staff very helpful. Please be nice to the front desk and phone operators they have their hands full. I saw Doctor Pitts for a consultation and wisdom tooth extraction, he's a good humored and positive fellow. Very glad I came here for my operation.

I am very impressed with this office! Dr Zacharias removed a lesion from the top of my palate and I never have had an easier procedure in a very long history of dental work. He is knowledgeable, skilled and personable. The office staff is friendly and competent. I definitely recommend the Oral Surgical Institute. The accept Medicare which is unusual in this area.

I'm embarrassed how much I was dreading this extraction, putting it off until the pain was unbearable. It was honestly the easiest thing I did all day. Dr. Zacharias (sorry if I misspelled) was brilliant and left me with no doubt I was in exceptional hands. I thought they were being funny when they said I was through, I didn't know it had even started. The only discomfort was the oxygen made my nose feel a little chilly, lol. Cheers to the whole staff!!!

Very upset about paying nearly $500 BEFORE tooth extraction, then billed my insurance over $1,200! Really! I have a printout for estimated cost at $397, then the billing folks turned around and sent my insurance a $1,200 in charges. The total sent to Aetna does NOT reflect my pymt of $487.00! Insane! Both doctors had trouble starting an I.V. for sedation, then billing charged me triple on sensation, due to the lack of experience and extra time inserting a needle in both hands and arms. So, both hands are black and blue and no-one cares. Terrible and Unfair business practice. As if it's my fault they lack experience in beginning an I.V. for sedation. Outrageous! Also, again , most alarming is the total sent to Aetna does NOT show my up front pymt totaling $497.00. Are you kidding?! The pink haired chic handling billing is rude, disrespectful and apparently cannot do simple math. I'm happy to revise this negative review once this outrageous billing situation has been resolved. You can't just take someone's money then send some huge statement to insurance to be processed. I've reported this to the BBB, Dept of Health AND the Tennessee Board of Investigation, Consumer Affairs and any other organization I see fit. I will take my chances and NOT go to the post op appt. I'd rather not get some false charge for walking in the door. Do NOT go to this facility unless you want to get robbed. I sure wish I had gone someplace else. The way they are running the place, I'm lucky to be alive. Unbelievable!!!

It was a little frustrating because we were unaware they were an hour behind and with a 5 year old that can be a lot. I will say the shining star was Madisyn at the front desk!! She is spectacular, my son was in love with her. She even saved a picture my son drew her at the appointment 2 months prior and showed him. She's an employee you don't let get away!
