The staff was really nice. I had a tooth extraction done. I didn't feel any pain and I didn't even know I was sedated and it just seemed like just a few seconds passed. I had a great experience.

Polite staff and prompt to your needs. Online registration is nice. The facility is very clean and decorated nicely. The doctors are nice too. They also give you head wraps with ice packs built in to it. Respectable establishment.

Dr. Adam Pitts was so rude when I first met him. He didn't care about my concern regarding my jaw. He asked a few questions and left in 5 mins for a consultation. Don't go here!!!

Don't even bother coming here. They have terrible customer service here. Dr. Adam Pitts doesn't care about his patients. The only thing he cares about is getting in as many patients as you can and it's all about the $$$. He rushes through things. You don't have time to ask him questions.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here in 2019 and ended up with nerve damage in my right side of my gums and tongue. To top it off this place also sent me a bill that was clearly someone elses and i had go through loops to prove it wasn't me. I hate leaving bad reviews, but if it prevents anyone else from getting bad service and a life altering condition they have to live for the rest of their life, it's worth my time to write this review.

My jaw was functioning well before I had my jaw surgery a year and a half ago with Dr. Adam Pitts. The only thing I needed to fix was my underbite. I got botched by him. He pushed my lower jaw back without touching my upper jaw. Now, I have a recessed jaw and chin. My now recessed chin give me sleep apnea, snoring problem, difficulty eating and chewing. If I were to change back in time, I would. I would tell myself to choose a different surgeon who knows what they're doing. I will be needing a revision surgery to fix my botched jaw. I went to 5 different oral surgeons to look at my PO jaw and they all say my jaw has been messed up really bad. It's devastating and disappointing because I thought my jaw would be fixed but instead, I got botched. Also, Dr. Adam Pitts told me this isn't his fault that my jaw is the way it is now. He acted like it's my fault. He didn't care much about my PO. To anybody who plans on getting jaw surgery, please go to someone else. Dr. Adam Pitts is not the doctor to go to.

This was my second time to the dentist in 35 years the first one being the day before at crd I'm Terrified of the dentist idk why but my experience with dr pitts was amazing he is friendly funny and very professional I told him " he scares the s**t out of me " I went to sleep woke up and it was over he's not so scary after all dr pitts and his staff in the surgery room was amazing

I will never go to any other dentist than Dr. Adam Pitts. He is amazing. Love my experience everytime and who says that about going to a dentist?!?!?! Recommend 10/10

They mended my broken jaw. Now it's up to my body to take its cue! I'm amending my review, dropping rating from 5 to 3 because the office is being very unfair to me, punishing me for things that are NOT my fault, but theirs. I was supposed to have the metalwork removed from my mouth last month, but THEY canceled my appt, claiming that I had not gotten back to them, but I did on Oct 19--the person in their office failed to record it. NOT MY FAULT--THEIRS. Surgery was rescheduled for Nov 3, but I was unable to find a driver in time and they canceled it. Note that people both at OSI and at Centennial had been implying to me that perhaps there could be an alternative, and it was not until immediately before the surgery (I was in the gown at that point) that it was finally communicated to me that NO alternative was acceptable and that they required the name and phone number of whoever would be driving me afterwards. THEIR FAILURE, NOT MINE. Now they tell me that because the surgery was canceled twice, it will be at the doctor's convenience, perhaps ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO. This is despicable behavior. The surgeon is competent, but the office is not.

BEWARE! The most unprofessional and incompetent office staff I have ever encountered in my life. Wait times over and hour and 15 minutes (2 different visits). Unwilling to discuss or explain billing questions. They will literally hang up on you. Office manager and Regional Manager will circle the wagons rather than resolve legitimate complaints! Absolutely pitiful service all the way around!

My sister had surgery for a upper tooth and they were so kind and explained everything ..made her feel so comfortable !!!!
