My prescription wasn't called in after having a tooth extracted, so that was fun. Also wasn't notified that having the marrow implant would be an additional almost $1000 not covered by insurance, nor offered a payment plan. Only gave 2 stars because the Dr and assistant were very nice. But not thrilled with my overall experience

Dr. Sullivan and his office did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth removal. So easy to work with... procedure was quick and smooth! Dr. Sullivan called me after hours that evening to check in! Highly recommend.

Dr. Sullivan & team were the best. Highly recommend them to anyone who is getting their wisdom teeth out, I was terrified (lol) and they made the experience so much easier and it went so smoothly. Of course I was in distress and pain after it's normal but they educated me very well on how to take care of myself during the recovery time. I know they don't normally call for a follow up after these things but I was having some issues and was worried and they saw me very quickly in office. During this appointment I felt very comfortable and happy that they let me come in the office just to give myself peace of mind.

DR Sullivan was great ,painless surgeon, I had 2 implants done at one time absolutely no pain ,done perfectly in a few minutes ,my last implant He performed was fantastic ,it was done before I even knew he had done anything over 1 year on 1st tooth and it is working perfectly The entire staff was great,Thank You very much !!! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the doctor explained the procedure perfectly and told me what to expect afterwards. My tooth was out quickly without any pain and almost no bleeding. They explained what to take for pain, what I should eat, and to use a cold compress on my jawline. I felt like everyone there went out of their way to make my visit pleasant.

The dental staff are very professional and organized. They do an outstanding job with the patient and explain everything. Dr Sullivan is a top notch oral surgeon who explains everything. The office staff in Pasadena are somewhat disorganized in knowing what insurance is going to pay vs what you have to pay. The insurance EOB says the patient is expected to pay less than what they charged you upfront and then state that you owe them for what was not covered. Insurance company states different but they state the insurance company does not know their contract. My primary dentist hands me a sheet saying this is what we are doing, what the insurance is expected to cover and my portion. They have it going on.

I had been dreading having the remainder of my broken tooth removed and put it off for quite some time. I thought it would require cutting to remove it, but Dr Sullivan just shot me with novacane and pulled it out. He then inserted some bone and stitched me up. It was over in about 15 minutes. He talked to me through the process and let me know when the tooth was out, when he was putting in the bone and stitching me up. His staff is really comforting too. It wasn't a bad experience at all.

This was my first time at this office. Dr Jones and his staff are very professional he explained what he was doing and what was happening And his staff was very informative about what needs to be done after I leave the office. I would use this surgery center again if I need to.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife had a wisdom tooth extracted by another dentist. Complications arose from that surgery that this dentist said were outside of her expertise and we were ultimately referred to these Dr. Sullivan's office. It should be noted that my wife was in extreme agony and could not eat or drink due to swelling. We first spoke to Melissa over the phone who refused to put us on the phone to talk to a surgeon and kept refusing to make an appointment for us despite the fact that we had a referral. The first thing that tipped me off that we were going to have a bad experience was that I had to keep explaining to Melissa that we needed an examination following an extraction, because she seemed to be under the impression that we were asking for the extraction itself. She did not appear to be listening or processing anything I was asking her for. The explanation was that they couldn't provide any help because my wife was pregnant. However, we had a letter from the OBGYN saying that the pregnancy would not prevent her from receiving dental care. Melissa kept telling us to go back to the same dentist that caused the original complications, despite the fact that we told her that we did not trust the original dentist and that the original dentist said the complications were outside of her expertise. As I was pleading with Melissa to just put me through to a doctor, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to her manager Kim, who gave me the same run around. She first recommended we go back to the original dentist. When we explained the problem with this, she told us to go to the ER, despite the fact that we had just gone to the ER and they had given us a letter from the ER telling us to see an oral surgeon. Throughout this process, I called the office a total of 4 times. On the second to final phone call, Kim complained to my crying pregnant wife that I had called the office multiple times. I had to call the office multiple times because there are several times that the office said they would get back to me, and they did not. At no time was I able to speak to any of the doctors, and at no time did any of the people who answered the phones at their offices show a shred of humanity and compassion towards my wife and I who were left shocked by the whole encounter. Kim did say she would try to talk to the doctors for us, who apparently told her to tell us to go back to the same dentist that caused the complications. I don't know if she actually did speak to the surgeons or not and just told us she did because she refused to ever put any of the surgeons on the phone with us. I should note that Dr. Hlousek was the doctor who removed my own wisdom teeth many years ago. He did a fantastic job which was I trusted this office to help fix what the other dentist had caused. At no time was I treated this way by his staff at that time. Despite the competency of Dr. Hlousek, my wife and I will NEVER go here again even if we do ever get an appointment. The condescending, abusive, and neglectful way the staff treated me and my wife has soured us on this office. We were able to get help for my wife from a different surgeon. I hope the pain and stress caused by the delay caused by this office did not negatively effect our child.

Dr. Walker and his team went above and beyond to help alleviate any anxiety about wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about them and the practice!

Dr. Jones was very professional and caring throughout my procedure. He kept me informed about the process. His staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated bring given an overview of what to expect and what the next steps were. All that said, this review doesn't have enough stars. I was positively terrified of this procedure. They managed to calm me down, they may not have known how calming they were. That alone is another 10 stars.
