I am editing my review! Had a procedure not involving my teeth. I used my medical insurance and they told me I was out of network. I thought it was strange because I was using medical not dental insurance. So, had the procedure and as i was driving home the office called looking for payment. Told her i was driving and she said i can take it over the phone. She got aggressive and i told her to email it and i hung up. I paid the bill only to get another bill in the mail!!!!!!!! I called my insurance the they said i should not have paid ANYTHING and they owe me money. Insurance is looking into this matter. My insurance told it's the law, they have to take what insurance pays and they said they don't only with medicare.

Great team, I had my 2 wisdom tooth extracted and those were removed quickly, with no issues and no pain. Staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Honestly one of the best , they know what they are doing , as one my other dentist trying to take my wisdom tooth out for an hour he broke the outer wisdom while pulling then he could not do it gave me so much pain and pressure on my lips , my family refer me to him , and Magic happened my total appointment took only 10 mints even less then that and i did not even felt any pressure , highly recommend !

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Lincoln at his Quincy office. My procedure was to have 2 posts installed for upcoming implants. I cannot say enough about the quality of care that I received. His staff was so friendly and comforting prior and during the procedure. Doctor Lincoln was "Rockstar"...! He explained what was happening at all times and the whole process was painless and quick. I was comfortable throughout my visit and on top of it all...I received a follow up phone call to check on my wellness by the Doctor himself. I highly recommend Doctor Lincoln and his well trained staff should you need any type of oral surgery.

Very thorough, talented team of professionals. I am so pleased with the entire process of my oral surgery. I went to the Quincy office and saw Dr. Lincoln. Everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Oral Surgery South in Quincy and will absolutely be back if I ever need another procedure. Just an excellent experience all-around today (9/14/22).

I had an extraction of a wisdom tooth the personnel are very friendly and professional. Dr Lincoln is excellent. The anesthesia was superb, no pain whatsoever. I give the highest recommendations for Dr Lincoln and his staff.

Dr. Leibovici and his assistant were very friendly and professional. I had one wisdom tooth extracted and it was removed quickly, with no problems. I would highly recommend Oral Surgery South!

Everyone in this office was wonderful . Front desk was wonderful.so caring as my husband needed urgent extraction. Next the assistant to Dr Cottrell "Lauren" so kind and caring as my husband is very hard of hearing and very anxious almost as much as I was. ..She was very attentive to him and to me...He was very nervous But I could tell between her and Dr Cottrell .They made him so comfortable. Dr Cottrell was very kind also.Oral surgery South is by far the Best ! We have been using them for over 10 years .The check out ladies just as kind and pleasant. Just the thought of Oral surgery makes many people very anxious and nervous !Don't be if you use them!Wish there were more than 5 stars .they would get them all~

I was a bit dismayed when my tooth broke and left a partial mess in my mouth. My dentist referred me to this Oral Surgery office and from the moment I walked it, I knew it was the right place. Stephanie walked me through what to expect from my experience and she was tremendous in answering questions and providing me with information that I would need. Dr. Cottrell was easy to talk to, made me feel at home. And he did a fantastic job of removing what was left of my tooth. This place is Number 1 if I need to get more oral surgery some day.

Dr. Cottrell is amazing. He was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and healing time. What was lacking was administration. I am having a lengthy procedure which may take up to a year, periodically, I visit the facility so Dr. Cottrell can review my progress. I have been to the facility 3 times so far, my procedure is 100% covered by insurance however, every time I visit this facility I am told, " This is not covered by your insurance, that is not covered by your insurance." I contacted my insurance while still at the facility so that the representative could speak to the administrator directly. Apparently, there is always a coding issue, the insurance representative informed the facility administrator of alternate codes she could use to rectify the problem, the administrator refused. I begrudgingly ended up paying out of pocket for a procedure that is covered by my insurance because the administrator refused to use an alternate code. Again, Dr. Cottrell and dental staff were great, administration is lacking. In the future it would be beneficial for administration to contact patients prior to the visit to review what will and will not be covered by insurance to avoid undesirable outcomes. This incident has sullied my experience.

This was literally the best experience I've ever had at any dental office and this was for an extraction. From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing! Made me feel super comfortable knowing how scared I was. Procedure painless! Dr Cataudella was the best! Thank you so much!

Everyone that I encountered with this practice (from scheduling, nursing staff, and surgeon) were extremely kind and comforting. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Cataudella and all of his staff, including Stephanie, were excellent. Great patient interaction, empathy and support. Clear explanation of procedure was very reassuring. Highly recommend Dr. Cataudella for any dental surgical needs.
