I had concerns about surgery for my 11 year old. I wanted to know the risks before scheduling. I wanted the doctor to be forthcoming in regards to medical necessity. Not only did they refuse to provide an overview but the doctor claimed to have addressed this during the consultation. Flat out lie. I wouldnt let these people be in charge of putting anyone under the knife. Very irresponsible.

Made appointment they were able to get me in next day filled all info on line. Showed up next day to appointment early then said could not see me. Waisted my time and money. What a bummer

The worst customer care I have ever experienced in a doctor's office. Ignored me for 35 minutes past my appointment time, so I left. Then, they lied to my refering dental office about what happened. Said they were "on time". So, apparently their story is I left for no reason. LOL. Brace yourself for the Charlie's Angels-esque portrait of the doctors over the front desk.

O.k., I had a bad molar pulled yesterday. I went to The new office in Lib.Lk. Dr.Mieslier. (Smart ,skilled dr. , no doubt. )But wish I had noT. It was over priced too since there was no surgury involved ,at $531. Maybe I am just more unlucky than most but, I am here to report: pain! It hurt.Not a little, alot. I had a little infection so the shots hurt. My advice is take penicillan until that infection is GONE! If not, get a driver and request a seditive prescription! I don't know why the office staff does not tell u to. It is very important.All 6. Don't believe when they say in their ad 'no pain'. Get a seditive out of them ...intravenous would help. Why do they not offer it?? I will admit everything hurts more when u are old, I am 76 but my pain tolerance is pretty high. I am no wienie. mybthreqsh9ld is prettybhigh.

Dr.Curtis and his team have given me life changing surgery for my jaw. I used to get migraines from TMJ, to the point of throwing up weekly. Thanks to Dr.Curtis, I can sleep through the night, and go to work without being in excruciating pain. Would definitely recommend Oral Surgery Plus to any of my friends.

17 years ago these guys broke a tooth while they were extracting my wisdom teeth. Didn't bother to mention it. My insurance lapsed 2 weeks later when I turned 18 and they wouldn't see me again without any money. I don't even know if it's the same staff or not, but for me this place is the source of several years of pain and suffering.

This place is incredibly efficient. Everybody there knows their jobs and does them well. You spend very little time in the waiting room or waiting between technicians and doctors. If you want fast friendly service, this is the place.

I have had the worst experience with dentist and oral surgeon's BUT I have to say I have never went into anywhere feeling such high anxiety and sit down and within a few short minutes feel like I was in great hands with not just folks that work there but feel that they care about you as a person. So great job to the staff and now to the dr an amazing dr as well as person as well sat and made sure I felt good in the consultation before surgery then again surgery day made sure I was as comfortable as possible dr Curtis will definitely have me as well as my whole family coming back to his office. Thanks for taking such good care of me today.

The doctor, Dr. Misner, was informative during our consult. The clinic lost a star though when they neglected to inform me the 3D x-ray they already took cost just over a Hundred bucks and then expected full payment. I should have been informed prior to completion of the xray that it was not something covered by Most insurances. *post sugery update In and out in 45 min.

Dr.Curtis did a phenomenal job! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth done and I healed fast with no complications. I was very pleased with my experience here. Thankyou Oral Surgery Plus!

Really great place with really great doctors! I was in and out very quickly with a very professional team. I'm still a still a little sorry so that might be skewing my perceptions a little. Edit: I wrote that review shortly after surgery with anasthesia, but months later I can still say it was a positive experience.

They extract something from my lip, they never told me that they will send that to the lap for examination, 2 weeks later from my surgery I received other bill 175.00 , no one told me about this extra thing . That is not professional even honest .

If I could give 5 Stars to everyone at the front desk I would because they definitely deserve it! There was miscommunication when I initially scheduled my sons appointment which resulted in needing to reschedule shortly after arriving. Dr Curtis didn't care what the situation was or that there had been miscommunication and said if I left , my son wouldn't be rescheduled at any Oral Surgery Plus location. I understand every office has their own policy for rescheduling/canceling appointments, but I thought this was a little extreme since we'd never been here before and didn't have a bad history with them. Everyone at the front did everything they could to help and I really appreciate them for that. However, I won't be recommending Dr. Curtis to anyone.

I had a tooth removal yesterday the experience was very professional. The staff was very caring through my whole visit. Would definitely go back and recommend them to any family and friends.
