A horrible experience.. If you get injured at this establishment...They refuse to treat or compensate...They deny shift blame gaslight.. They gave me the wrong procedure that resulted in a permanent nerve injury..I have lost 168 thousand dollars and two homes from what this office has done to me...They are ruthless and pure evil...My entire family has suffered at this offices hands...More then I can write...247 suffering...

Excellent Staff, Quality Care, incredible bedside manner and explanation of surgical procedure. My daughter is 16, almost 17, was terrified to have her wisdom teeth removed, and petrified of needles. They were so comforting to her and allowed her to bring a stuffed animal back with her and hold it the whole time. I think some medical practices forget that teenagers are still kids and can't process they way adults can and these guys definitely remember that! Thank you for caring so much about her experience!!!

My 9 year old daughter just had oral surgery and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Odom and his nurse are absolutely amazing. Attentive, professional, considerate, capable, and competent. They took great care to ensure her comfort during our initial consultation and throughout her surgery. Thank you, we are incredibly grateful for your thoughtful process.

Dr Ferrell has a caring manner that I appreciated. He even followed up after my surgery with a phone call that evening. Office staff and assistants were very good also. I appreciated their empathy and willingness to get me past my nervousness. One assistant even got me a blanket because it was a bit cold in the room.

The customer service here is not good at all. I had a situation happen and they would not help resolve the issue. It was very upsetting and I would not recommend.
