Dr. Straus had to pull several teeth +4 pieces that my caps had been attached to. I'm happy to say that he did not feel anything and I felt fine when I woke from the anesthesia. A few weeks later I went back and he had to do a little more work on my gun. I won't Deny that it's been very painful since the lower teeth hit the upper gums which are very sore. Going to go back to him to check it one more time before I go to my regular dentist to measure for a piece in my mouth. I will say that Straus is very pleasant very low-key and easy to talk to. made sure everything was done to perfection so that the piece they use will fit properly. I was very satisfied with him and wish I could use him as my regular dentist but he does not do the same things my dentist does. Extracting several teeth is a major deal and I found him very careful. The few girls I've met I've also been very nice . Dr. Straus is allowing me to pay this bill monthly, which is very important. You won't regret your visit to Dr. Straus.

Five stars! This was my second oral surgery with Dr. Strauss. Dr. Strauss is professional, friendly, caring and puts you at ease. I experienced no pain whatsoever during and post surgery. While I had some issues with a front desk staff member, the others are great! Thank you for a smooth experience.

This doctor has unethical office practices. They required I sign a credit card authorization at the time of service. Then one year after the service was performed, and after being paid in full at the time of service, with no notification they charged my credit card almost $2000!! I caught it reviewing my card. After alerting them, and them having to admit the outrageous financial overreach was their error, the office threw attitude at me, didn't even apologize for their fraudulent behavior and instead suggested that I owed them an apology for my upset at their unethical use of my CC authorization. There are plenty of equally and more talented doctors out there. This one condones and encourages this fraud by his office. GO ELSEWHERE!

I was afraid to go here after reading all the terrible reviews but from my experience they must have either changed the staff around or made them take training. The ladies at the front desk were patient, friendly and answered all my questions to make me feel at ease. My wait was not long at all, and my procedure which was a wisdom role he removal was painless and quick. Dr Strauss made sure I wasn't in pain, reassured me and let me know wheat he was doing/ what was going on throughout the whole procedure. I have another surgery to do and I look forward to going back!

Very very bad office. I called today and talked to an office staff named fera. She said that she is gonna call meaftsr talking with office manager. But she never called me back. Very irresponsible. If the office staff is like that Doctor will never get any patient

Terrible unprofessional ladies at the front dealing with the insurance. The communication is awful I did not even receive my lab results for the tooth they decided to send to the lab. This added extra charges on my bill and the outcomes aren't even made aware to me. Dr. Straus has subpar bedside manner and didn't even offer any stitches after my wisdom teeth removal. Doubling my recovery time. Save yourself the discomfort and find another doctor.

Had a very good experience. Office is really nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Strauss was really good, I did not feel a thing through entire procedure. Would highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying that the girls upfront are phenomenal. The doctor was also very nice and answered all my questions. Just beware that they demand payment before procedures. Then the assistant came out her name was molly. She was a nightmare looking at me from head to toe, giving me attitude and pretending that she runs every thing. She kept wanting to get rid of me saying that "if you dont have payment then come back another day. Dr is great, girls up front were great but that assistant has to go

Dr is great with Children . I had a difficult child that needed Extractions. The Dr was extremely patent. I highly recommend him for children.

Horrible, if I can give a negative star I would. My Mother went in for an appointment with Dr. Straus to get her tooth pulled, the office reassured us that everything was covered. My mother is very ill, she's partially blind and on a wheel chair. My mom went in and she was accompanied by my father, only to find out that she's not covered for any services. The girls upfront were extremely rude, ignorant and disrespectful. The assistant didn't even let my father speak and kicked him out. That office is money hungry stay away
