Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, I got to the office at 9:15, my daughter was scheduled to have two teeth extracted. We did not leave the office until 2:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 5 freaking hours. Whoever is doing the schedule definitely needs to manage their time more effectively!

I have been calling and emailing the entire week in regards to my son wisdom tooth, he is in extreme sever pain, And no one has taken the time to call us back. The dental office we go to, only refereed us to them but is disappointing that they don't care for the children's pain.

Dr. Pritchett was absolutely amazing!!! He took the time to explain everything to us and did not make us feel like we were a herd of cattle being rushed in and and out. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and intelligent surgeon, then look no further!!!

A+++ Experience overall. All of the staff members were so friendly and extremely helpful. The Dr. was amazing and explained my sons upcoming procedure and recovery expectations in detail which I appreciated. Everyone that we came into contact with had a smile and were willing to help. This was the only group my insurance offered when my 16 year old son needed his 2 wisdom teeth removed. The group had many doctors in it but only a couple worked in the Gainesville office once or twice a month, I was told. The doctor was confident and discussed the procedure with my son and myself at the evaluation, prior to the scheduling. My son was nervous on the day of surgery and wanted to make sure they removed the correct teeth lol, so I wrote a sticky note to help him remember to remind the doctor when he saw him. He tried to talk to the nurse about his concern and after recovery he told me she was short with him and told him to just 'be quiet and let her do her job!' My son has mild cognitive delays and genuinely had a concern about the procedure. He didnt deserve to be spoken down to and dismissed in that manner. She did not ease his anxiety by her demeanor and attitude. My son ended up getting an infection in one of the wounds and there was no doctor in the Gainesville office that whole week for him to see. We had to wait for another 24 hour period and then drive to another clinic an hour away just to see a doctor in an emergency. These issues were very disappointing. The infection was not their fault of course, but the nurses demeanor, disregard for my son's concerns, and the delayed accessibility to the doctor for after care was disturbing. I will most likely choose to pay out of pocket for my younger son's wisdom teeth removal, even though I liked the doctor who did the procedure and approved of his work.

Appointment was at 10:30 AM waited in the car until 11:45 AM we where called back. I was under the impression it was a extraction (set the appointment and told them child was in pain) about to take place but it was consultation. Finally seen the Dentist only to have the extraction take place in March. Wow is all I can say not a good experience.

My son had ADHD and severe ODD, he needed extractions and had an abcessed tooth and Dr.Pritchet was a life saver, literally. Even though my son got combative at first he helped me work with him and his amazing team to get him to sleep and do the extractions. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any needs if they arise in the future and I would recommend him to ANY AND EVERYONE! Thank you so much doctor!

All personal since the front desk till Dentist all was very nice and friendly. Just the waiting time was to much even having an appointment we have to wait 1hr. to see the the Dentist we spend 2and half hrs at this place.
