Dr Novo is such a caring and experienced Doctor and surgeon and my family would not use anyone else. Over the years he has taken out my daughter's problem teeth and my grandsons 4 wisdom teeth and some other impacted teeth and my own problem teeth! He located the problem my granddaughter was having in her mouth with swelling and located a wisdom tooth right under her eye that was pushed up by a large cyst that created her sinuses filled with this cyst that was all the way up to her eye! He spent a lot of time and researched this to send her to a highly qualified surgeon at NY Presbyterian Hospital to have this problem corrected by having the cysts and tooth removed before it touched her eye and to clear her sinuses ! Thank you Dr Nono for caring and taking care of our family for so many years.

Dr Novo and his whole staff were amazing. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth removed and they fix me in the next day. They were just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and caring.

Dr. Novo is thorough, funny and caring. He always explains what he is doing and answers all of my questions. His staff is terrific as well.

Dr. Novo is transparent and candid. He explains the procedure and each step. Everything is on the table. He addressed all my questions and check in with me through out my procedure. Highly Recommended!!

I went to Dr Novo on a recommendation from my dentist Dr Perrone. I had to have a tooth extracted and I was extremely nervous. Dr Novo and his staff were excellent! Everyone was very kind, compassionate and walked me through the entire process. He numbed the area with numbing gel before giving me the novocane needle. I did not feel a thing. I took one 600mg of ibuprofen when I got home. It has been 24 hours later and I have zero pain! THANK YOU!!!

Dr Novo and his staff were exceptional His staff is very courteous and informative They have excellent communication with the patient during every step of a procedure, making sure they are okay and not in too much pain etc. Dr Novo is an excellent surgeon dentists who goes to great lengths to make sure his patients are comfortable and are okay I have a fear of doctors in general and he made me feel comfortable and relax I trust him completely and was please With him and his staff and I felt no pain.

I visited Dr Novo on 4/22/21 for a tooth extraction, and to plan for a dental implant . Everything went well with very little discomfort. Dr Novo is an excellent surgeon and conducts his office in a very professional and high degree of standards . His staff of dental assistants and his executive assistant are well trained and motivated. Very smooth running office. Dr Novo is very pleasant, direct and confident, while presenting great care for his patients , and the procedure to be scheduled . I recommend Dr Novo highly .

Had a dental emergency and saw my dentist who referred me to an oral surgeon. I called a few they suggested and no one could get me in for over a month. I saw Dr. Novo's good reviews so reached out and the office got me in quick. His assistants Kim and Danielle were absolutely awesome. I was a little nervous about the tooth situation but they had me smiling and relaxed. Dr. Novo was very nice and explained everything to me in terms I would understand and we put a plan of action in place as the situation would take a few visits to be completed. This first visit he extracted a tooth. I was so nervous as was just going to be a local but once the numbing was in, I felt nothing and it took about a minute. A few days went by and I was a little unsure about how I was healing, so I called up and they told me to come in so they could take a look. Again, the whole staff was so nice. Kim remembered the name of my puppy I had told her about. Dr. Novo did his thing and though I was healing fine, he did not make me feel stupid for being worried. So incredibly happy to have found this office.

Dr. Novo's office was an amazing experience. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. I was so scared to get my wisdom tooth out but Dr. Novo maintained a calm demeanor throughout the whole process. The office is clean and the care is meticulous. Can't suggest anyone more.

Doctor Novo was Very professional.he Removed a broken tooth with ease, painlessly . His staff was very accommodating. Only waited 1 day for emergency Extraction. Not having insurance Out of pocket cost was extremely reasonable. I am very grateful to him and highly recommend Dr Novo to anyone who has A surgical need. Tank you again Mr. Riggio.
