Love Dr Richman and entire staff been gone to him for very long time have had many extractions. Very fast and thorough and quick with the novacaine too. Very bad experiences in young years by many butchers who called themselves dentist had a lot of fear. Dr Richman has been excellent with me and he is very soft spoken and kind toward my anxieties he has always done well for me. So grateful I was lead to this office by Dr Gordon who retired and was taken over by those there now. My son and nephew also had impacted wisdom teeth out by Dr Rahm who they rave about also. I am very grateful for Dr Richman and his staff. I'd recommend this office to anyone, my best friend goes to him too and loves him now also. Thank you all for the way I'm treated when there and for Dr putting up with my insecurities of Dentist from the past. Give them a 10 out of 10

Staff were friendly.. however I was put to sleep for my procedure and woke before it was completed.. staff attempted to hold me while I hollered in excruciating pain.. I still have nightmares... very scary

Very very pleased with this office. Been to many others where I've had problems. The surgeon is friendly and professional. The staff is wonderful. Couldn't be any happier.

I had a great experience having my tooth extracted. The staff was friendly and polite. The dentist numb me well I didn't feel a thing. I was in and out within 45mins. I would definitely recommend friends and family.

Personnel were polite and professional in demeanor,the dentist was knowledgeable.Restroom was spotless. Wait time was not too long, being it seemed to be a good facility.Employees were multiracial.Music was easy listening.Great experience.

They don't allow anyone else in besides the patients. They don't provide masks. They'll make anyone who isn't the patient, wait out in this scorching heat & expect people to have their cars running the whole time, just to get some cool air. Terrible.

I would recommend this office to anyone. The girls who assisted were wonderful and compassionate. Dr Laura was great. I had 6 back teeth pulled and I'm not in any pain. A little discomfort is all

Beyond impressed with their timing and care. I was in and out without any issues. The staff was very nice and very easy on the eyes - thought about asking them to take out teeth that didn't need to. But seriously, a great experience. I recommend to to anyone for their dental care or surgery.

The staff as well as Dr. Richman, was very personable, I had a few bad experiences with dentist in the past, I'm happy to say this was by far the best experience I had with a dentist! Keep up the good work

I was a patient was given false information by being over charged/ was told after my referral. And consultation a billing price for a final bill, and 2 months later a bill come to me, and was charged more. I was specifically told by the receptionist my total after my visit...and paid. NOT happy with surprise billing...No help from Doctor, and it seems like an office error...Try another office ( Oral surgeon) or you may be taken!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Oral Surgery Consultants of Pennsylvania fully embrace the meaning of incompetence. Every visit was disorganized, ill-managed, and "miscommunication" seemed to lurk behind every turn. They had my husband IN THE CHAIR, about to give anesthesia, when they popped into the room to "let him know" that the cost would be $1200 more expensive than the copayment that they had already collected 5 minutes prior. They didn't have the information from the other dentist, and also clearly made no attempt to collect it, just went on a whim and waited until the morning of the procedure to call US and try to retrieve which extractions were to be done just an hour later during the procedure. I am perplexed & beyond disappointed and frustrated at their negligence and inefficiency.

Professional, courteous, kind, willing an able to take the time to explain in full detail what to expect with surgery. They answered all questions and concerns. They all made me feel comfortable and was rest assured. Dr Richman and his assistants were wonderful and made my surgery simple. Two teeth extrations with bone grafting for future implants. Highly recommend Oral Surgery Consultants. Thank you all

Dr. Mohan and staff were nice made me feel comfortable. Getting 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled little pain afterwards feel fine now.They asked me if I have any questions. I will be coming back for my next extraction.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the dental technicians/nurses are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome and relaxed especially when you've had bad experiences with dentists and oral surgeons in the past. The doctor, Dr. Richman, didn't just run in and out. He actually stopped, talked, answered my questions, explained my options and made sure I understood everything. Very friendly. In my opinion, this is a rare place where not only the staff but the physician are good people. This coming from someone who has a dental phobia so to speak, if that's even a thing. A great practice in my opinion. 5 stars in terms of everything mentioned above, to also include the cleanliness and atmosphere of the practice.
