My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed. The staff were all courteous and welcoming. We had a complete and thorough consultation with the doctor. He was very informative and explained the placement of her teeth and the risk/reward of not having her top wisdom teeth removed. The "payment" lady ...lol! She was quick and efficient with filing everything with both the dental & medical. She explained the amounts covered by the dental plan for the agreed upon treatment plan as well as my out of pocket cost prior to the surgery. And the process for submitting a claim with the medical insurance. The nurse called to checkup on my daughter post-op to see how she was doing. This team of individuals seemed to be a "well oiled machine." The staff are friendly, down to earth, kind, patient, understanding, professional and humorous at just the right moments! I don't usually leave reviews let alone a 5-star review, but they really exceeded all of my expectations and are deserving of these 5 stars and above!!!

Dr. Pfeifle and his staff are very easy going, professional and are good communicators. My 17 year old daughter, 19 year old son and I are very comfortable them! The practice is immaculate and every safety precaution is taken from start to finish! We have received consistent care and concern over the years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for procedures we've had there!

I have never had any dental work done. I had my top wisdom teeth extracted today. They were SO nice and made feel comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this place for any oral surgery.

Oral Surgery Associate's staff were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Every member of the team was professional and made sure to continually check in to see if I had any questions. I am not the biggest fan of having any dental work done, but this place was an exceptional experience overall.

The facility is very clean, the Staff were very efficient, and Dr Pfeifle a very knowledgeable, skilled surgeon. I didn't feel a thing.

Dr. Pfeifle did an expose and bond for my son and it was a great experience. The staff are professional and made him feel so comfortable. He was in and out in no time and the surgery couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend OSA Papillion.

Dr. Pfeifle and staff are amazing!!! Two of my kiddos have had their wisdom teeth out and both had a great experience!! The staff is very kind and helpful!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

The staff is AMAZING! They are all so friendly and helpful. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and they made the experience so easy. I was a nervous wreck going in and they explained everything that was going to happen and were very comforting. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The staff and doctor were great. Upon entering I was treated like family. The doctor kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. I recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Entire staff was friendly, I felt welcomed even when the staff came in about the payment up front, super nice. It didn't hurt either that the oral surgeon was super cute. Everything was explained extraction from beginning to end took less than one hour. Highly recommend.
