Had three molars removed today. They made me feel very comfortable (I'm a denta-phobic) and Doctor Keegan did a great job.

The staff seemed friendly when I went for my consultation. The issue I had was they told me they would contact my insurance to find out if it would cover my wisdom teeth being removed at the hospital. They told me they would contact me to let me know what will happen next and I never heard back from them. Called a month later and the woman told me that I would probably be in by June but they were still working on the claim? This made absolutely no sense to me. I got sick of dealing with them and went to MD Center for Surgery and Dental Implants located at Upper Chesapeake. Best decision ever! They got me in and schedule 3 weeks away. I would never go to this place or reccomend them to anyone. A complete waste of time.

The people in the office are unprofessional, rude, condescending, and if they're having a bad day, they'll make sure you do as well. Avoid unless you have absolutely no other options.

Kasey the front desk receptionist Is beyond unprofessional. I sent a very clear x-ray of my teeth prior to coming to the appointment I even called to verify they received it and I was told they did and it was clear I was all set to go I as well filled out my patient information form before coming my appointment was for 2 o'clock. At 3:15 I was still sitting in my truck. Then Casey called me to tell me my image wasn't clear and I would be charged $200 extra for an x-ray when I already provided her with three clear ones. When I walked into the office I wasn't even greeted I was told I had to get out Because only one patient was allowed in the office at a time and the patient was in surgery well why would you schedule me an appointment at the same time someone was in surgery if only one patient is allowed in at a time. If you want to deal with a unprofessional stuck up receptionist and have your customer service put last This is the place to go to. Meanwhile my body has already wants sepsis from dealing with a bad tooth I've been trying to get pulled out for over six months now. This is not a dental office it's a neglect office

I would give zero stars if i could, terrible experience i will never ever go back or recommend anyone to come here extremely rude and unprofessional staff which made the whole environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I didn't even get what i came here for because of the staff, if you can't put your personal issues to the side you SHOULD not work with the public, this is not saying you have to like everyone but you do need to be respectful especially working in any office environment.

My daughter needed a procedure to expose an impacted tooth. Her orthodontist referred us to Dr Keegan at Oral Surgery Associates in Bel Air. As part of the referral he sent over fresh x-rays and explanation of what needed to be done. When we called OSA to schedule an appt they had nothing available for 2 months and we would need to schedule a consultation first to get x-rays even though they already were provided them. When our appt came due we were told to wait outside as they weren't ready for us yet. After 45 mins waiting we called back in and we were told they still aren't ready. We explained that we had other commitments to get to and had to fly out and still they couldn't get us in for the time slot they gave us and confirmed 2 days prior. We told them we had to reschedule and they said nothing was available for another 2 months. This is absolutely unacceptable. We shouldn't have needed the consultation in the first place, we shouldn't have had to wait a near hour, and we shouldn't have to wait another 2 month to reschedule for their issues. We went somewhere else to get the procedure done and you should too. Stay away!

Pretty nice customer service over the phone but that service did not carry over into the office experience.....I didn't feel welcome at all everybody had very short and rude answers to my questions and didn't really care for my situation I strongly recommend trying somewhere else if possible I will be taking my business else where.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Keegan clearly explained my options and what to expect during and after my procedure. I received two follow up calls after my procedure to make sure I was recovering well.
