What a JOKE! The staff does nothing but waste your time! I called to make an appointment, told them what insurance I had, gave them my member and group ID numbers, and they told me they'd be able to see me. 10 minutes after my appointment time, they then tell me I'd be a "cash patient". THEN they tried to gaslight me about what was all said on the phone. They are lazy, uncaring LIARS!

Got my tooth pulled today by Dr. Kimmel, boy is he and his assistant awwwwwesommmmmmaa! They took such great care of me! I hate that I can't remember the assistant name but if you go you will know it's her by her kindness and big beautiful smile. I never had such a nice dental visit in my life! Thanks again for your kindness and compassion

Staff was friendly for the most part. Not sure if I caught the doctor on the wrong day or if he was rushing to get to lunch or what but guy didn't waste any time. Everything else was great. Just know you're gonna get some attitude and guilt trip about your teeth which I found extremely unprofessional.

I went today for surgery super nervous. But once I noticed..... all done. I had a great experienced. Great team including the assistant.

I don't write many reviews but felt I needed to because I was so pleased with an appt that I'd been dreading. I had to get a molar extraction and was nervous with it being my first. The office staff was so welcoming, thorough, and helpful in helping to track down my referral. The dental assistant was so kind and her presense just helped calm my nerves. Dr. Wagner did the extraction and the job went much quicker than I expected. I was awake with local anesthetic and it wasn't painful like I expected. Just lots of pressure but he did such a great job getting it out quickly. I'm amazed how he's able to do it!

AMAZING staff!! I've never had surgery before so they reassured me a lot about the procedure and asked a couple of times if I had any questions. They really care about your comfort and safety. Super quick and painless and I was home within 2 hours. I can't say enough good things!

They were very upfront about the procedure costs and laid out the different cost for different options which I loved. The procedure itself was very smooth. I used IV sedation for my wisdom teeth extraction. Fell asleep, woke up, all done. They are also good about answering calls for after visit questions/ concerns. Staff was really nice, Dr. Wagner was also nice. Would very much recommend!

Arrived few minutes early this morning, but was actually called back at my appointment time (even though I was told Dr. Mark J. Kortebein was running behind. From checking in at the front desk to being discharged, I was treated with the upmost respect. They were all very concerned for my comfort, were naturally kind and courteous.

Went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Kortebein was helpful and patient with my questions. During the day of the surgery, checking in process was smooth, the assistants were helpful and friendly, and the procedure was swift and painless. Would recommend their services if ever needed!

I have severe dental anxiety and chronic hives, Dr. Kimmel and his staff were not only understanding of all the anxiety but worked with my allergist and doctor to make sure I had no issues. I have never experienced care at this level, above and beyond the norm and I highly recommend for dental work.

This facility is absolutely amazing! Dr. Kimmel is so gentle and genuinely cares about his patients. My 89 year old Mother had to have 3 teeth extracted and was very apprehensive to go have it done. From the consultation to the day of her procedure, she was more than pleased with everyone here! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!!

I highly recommend Oral Surgery Associates; their staff is friendly, accommodating and professional especially Dr. Kortebein's assistant. She was not only professional and detail oriented; she was empathetic. Dr. Kortebein was friendly and professional; the entire procedure was quick and painless. Both the doctor and his associate were very informative; the post care instructions were very clear and included all the comfort necessities required.

I felt very welcomed, everyone was very transparent and explained exactly what each tool, tube and sedation was used for and when they were doing it. Dr. Kummel and his team were great and made me feel very at easy and welcome. The procedure went so quick and the after care consultation was great as well. Highly recommend!

Two extractions. The doctor and assistant were very informative and the procedure was very efficient. The whole process exceeded expectations. The office also had all Covid-19 precautions in place. I would highly recommend this dental group
