If they ask you if you have a preference of surgeon, do NOT go with Peter Wagner. I made the mistake thinking all the doctors would have the same capability. Wagner's bedside manner was terrible, he rushes, he's aggressive, he does not care about your anxiety. The only reason this place has 1 star from me is that his assistants are the sweetest, and Dr Kortebein was kind and gentle as well when I saw him for a visit. I am traumatized from my wisdom teeth removal and recovery due to Dr Wagner's terrible mistreatment.

I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. My 96 year old mother's dentist recommended that she have three teeth extracted. We met with Dr. Kimmel who reviewed her charts, did an exam and asked Mom some questions. She really had no complaints with these teeth; they were simply old and on the edge. Dr. Kimmel felt that unless she was experiencing issues, why bother stirring things up. So he sent us on our way and wished us well. On the way out I was told there would be no charge for the visit. How is that for stellar service, and heart felt honesty? I sure would use Dr. Kimmel again!

Although I received good patient care with this office, the billing staff does a POOR job of validating insurance benefits. Do NOT trust the financial estimate given by this office. The billing department confirms benefits through phone calls with the Customer Service department of your insurance company. This lead to me having to pay an additional $700 out of pocket due to inaccurate information! If you go to this office, be sure to get written validation of your benefits because this office refuses to that on your behalf.

After going to my normal dentist to get my wisdom teeth pulled and ended up needing to be referred here because i required a little extra TLC. Dr. Wagner and his assistant (i wish i remembered her name because she was AH-mazing!) were awesome and really helped me stay calm as i am a highly anxious person. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I also showed up nearly an hour and a half early because i wrote the time down wrong but they got me in the chair right away. I would definitely recommend them. The entire staff was great.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Both Dr. Kimmel and Megan were outstanding and very comforting. I'd go back there anytime I needed work done on my teeth. Wonderful people.

So let's start two years ago I got wisdom teeth removal of all four of my teeth my Bottom right tooth was causing me pain after a couple months swelled up again and got infected. Went back in they forgot a tooth fragment so they removed it took my prescription and thought I was over the hurtled after they messed up. Couple months down the road in constant pain my muscles always ache are cause swelling spells and pain. I got back in and they have the nerve to tell it was pre existing even tho this was never ever like this until they messed up. So if you decide to go here Peter don't go to him will mess up and tell you your in the wrong. It's funny when everyone of your doctors say to go see your oral surgeon and he just pushes you out the door with his mess up. Side note I have to go once a week for dry needling just so my muscles don't cause me pain but nah Its "Pre-existing".Thanks oral associates for the hospital bills cause you can't fix your mistakes contacting you soon.

This is an amazing office with people who are very nice and warm. Dr and staff are amazing. You may have to wait but they are worth it. I saw Dr. Judd, very calm and compassionate and very easy going.

For a nervous patient this was the best experience. I had to have a cracked tooth extracted. Things went great and I'd use them again. The staff was friendly, they took me on time, the extraction went quicker than it took to get me numb, I was given verbal & written instructions and 2 prescriptions to help w/pain if I had any.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for your dental work! I drive 35mins out of my way to come here instead of dental places closer to where I live. Every time I come I am treated courteously and professionally by the front desk staff and the dental staff. They are all knowledgeable and they make sure all your questions are answered before you leave or free to by procedure. I usually have mediocre or poor experiences dentists but I always have a great experience here. Even when I'm running a little late and I call they are always nice and don't get annoyed and still see me. Dr. Wagner is polite and professional and does everything efficiently but carefully. I will continue to come here and recommenced my family and friends to come here. Today I had a migraine and I asked Heather his assistant for an icepck and she gladly gave it to me. When I told Dr. Wagner I had a migraine he was sympathetic and talked softer than usual and made me feel more comfortable. Actually I was 15 mins late today and he was just As friendly and polite as usual and was not rude or annoyed even though I could've caused an inconvenience in his schedule by being late. He genuinely cares about his patients. They handle insurance claims quickly and correctly and are always willing to explain stuff to you.

I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Trust me when I say I HATE the dentist. I can have children but anything to do with mouth pain is a no go for me. Dr. Kimmel however, is one of the BEST, kind, gentle, and caring oral surgeons I have EVER MET! He didnt treat me like the crybaby I know I am, he was thorough about explaining the procedure, he answered all my questions so very kindly. He was very gentle with me and reassured me constantly. He made sure I was completely comfortable and not at all in any type of pain. My experience with Dr.Kimmel changed my way of thinking for tooth extractions. I couldnt be more grateful for the care he gave me, the pain I didnt feel, the comfortableness I felt with him and his staff. I am forever grateful. Hands down best oral surgeon you will ever find!!!

What an outstanding group of dentistry professionals. I was referred by my general dentist of 25 years to Dr Kortebein and OSA. I required an emergency extraction. I was treated with a great deal of empathy and professionalism and was in their office in less than 24 hours in spite of the staff being booked for days. The entire procedure of extraction was completely painless and completed in just a few minutes. Oral surgery is serious business and you should seek out and demand the best care for yourself. The entire staff at Oral Surgery Associates provided that type of care and experience.

Dr. Wagner and his assistant Heather were fantastic. Made me feel completely at ease, even though I was extremely nervous about having an oral surgery procedure. I would strongly recommend Dr. Wagner, Heather, and Oral Surgery Associates if you're looking for an A+ experience. Thanks again Oral Surgery Associates and keep up the good work!
