Dr. Lance and his team are awesome! They removed an impacted wisdom tooth for me and are incredibly kind, personable, understanding and professional. The office staff are the same and very easy to communicate with as well. Also, having received estimates from other oral surgeons, I can say confidently that their pricing is more than fair. I drove 50 miles to get there and am glad I did! I highly recommend Dr. Lance and the team at Oral Surgery Associates of Central PA.

If you are in need of something within the next three months don't bother they are scheduling out till April and they have an extremely long call off and waiting list

These folks are professionals in every way. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience and my wife's experience. Dr. Lance took care of us and answered any questions. We both had our wisdom teeth removed and he called both of us personally the night of to check in with us. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I can't recommend these folks enough.

I used this place before. Wasn't impressed. Left a piece of tooth behind and took a year to heal. Needed wisdom tooth removed during self isolation so I was stuck with no options really.(Small town) Charged me $750 for Xray and Removal with anesthesia only to find out he don't like to use anesthesia when I showed up for appt. but for $850 MORE he could send me to a new hospital who did. Currently waiting for refund so I can finally get the bad teeth removed 4 months later. I suggest you shop around. Seriously.

Had to have a tooth extracted, and the entire time, Dr. Patterson treated me with respect, and after my operation was very helpful with the after surgery procedures. Highly recommend him, and would go back if needed in a heartbeat.

Great operation here. I took my son in for some work and they were very friendly, helpful, caring...you name it. It's in and out, no messing around so you don't wait very long. Also, the doctor that performs the procedure actually calls you himself later in the day to see how you are doing. Highly recommended.

My boy got his wisdom teeth out at a hospital with Dr Patterson.My boy has medical problems .The surgery went very well. This was very scary for me .The staff was overly helpful and nice.I would highly recommend Dr Patterson.

Great operation here. I took my son in for some work and they were very friendly, helpful, caring...you name it. It's in and out, no messing around so you don't wait very long. Also, the doctor that performs the procedure actually calls you himself later in the day to see how you are doing. Highly recommended.
