Better watch this place! I've used them for years never had a problem. I've been sued by them they claim they sent out statements but I don't have any.I will be carrying my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a judgement free place. Medicaid is accepted here. Dr. Orr is the sweetest man.

Fantastic Experience! I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and so far I have had no real pain, just a little soreness. The staff was incredible, the nurses were so friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job. I'm thankful for Dr. Dorsett and everyone that was so kind to me. They were truly blessings from The Lord!

Dr.Orr and his entire team are amazing. I showed up with no appointment and in severe pain. They worked me in, gave me an awesome referral and set up everything for me. What a blessing! Unlike most dentists in this town and even Huntsville, Dr.Orr is NOT about the money. He is about taking care of his patient, his staff and he saves those teeth if at all possible. God will bless him abundantly because of how he takes care of others. Also, this is my 4th time seeing him in 10 years. What a blessing!

My grandaughter went to their office on april 1st.had wisdom teeth cut out.April.several month later she has has pain like something hitting the nerve.When she called they told her she needed more healing time.I call them today they are saying it nothing to do with their work.But the pain has been constant.the office is very rude.so this girl has had month of pain because the office wont admit that maybe something is hitting her nerve.

I got my wisdom tooth out yesterday, and even though I was scared, they were really good at calming me down. I had a great experience, and the healing process is going very well. I highly recommend, especially if you have bad dental anxiety.

They deny employment to prospective employees because they are not vaccinated with the experimental "non-vaccine" that isn't yet approved by the FDA. Even many health professionals are refusing this shot because they know the truth about it.

The receptionist is very rude. Her go to phrase is "uh yeah". So unprofessional! The doctors are great. Yet, before any major procedures they are not very forthcoming with what a patient is required to do. Patients cant have any personal belongings in their facility(during major procedures) not even your phone on silent in your pocket(sketchy AF). You must have someone sit in the parking lot while having major procedures performed. Would have been nice to know in advance. Sitting in a hot parking lot with a baby for an hour with no food or drink thanks to them.

Very professional . I didn't think you could have a good experience getting a tooth pulled. They are some of the nicest and caring people I have done business with. Not only did they take care of my tooth but gave me a little more faith in humanity.

At first I loved this place , the nurses are very nice and friendly . But they gave me an estimate for how much a splint would cost , I go through with the splint and pay them what they tell me I owe . I get back two weeks later ( no calls or anything from them ) they hand me my splint and tell me I owe them 300$ more dollars ? Do not recommend.
