I went in for a back tooth to be removed. Dr. Auch and his nurse were very caring and professional. They were sure to make sure I had no pain, from the minute they started the deadening procedure til the very end. After the surgery I was never in any pain and I mean no pain. I did bruise and swelled some but I feel that it was my fault because I forgot to ice the area until the next day after seeing the bruise and small knot beneath the bruise. I highly recommend Dr. Auch for your oral surgery. Also his office staff and nurse. Fantastic service.

Went for a consultation in NOVEMBER. I was told they would submit the info to my insurance company and that they would call me back to schedule my appointment. I FINALLY hear back from them in JUNE, over 6 months later, saying my insurance is expired (yeah, I got new insurance in December, this should've been submitted when I had my consultation) I informed them that after waiting this long, I'd contacted my dentist and had my X-rays sent elsewhere and already scheduled my appointment with someone else. The surgeon I had my consultation with was rude and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Dr. Alch pulled all my teeth a few months ago. The experience as awesome as it could be. He answered all my questions and his staff was very professional. I have went back a few time to see him and he never hesitate to help me. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Wow. I had a very great experience here. I waited (way) too long in life to have my wisdom teeth removed. These folks NAILED it. From the consultation to the procedure, they were a class act. I'm so thankful for the two women that got me situated before the procedure and then led me out of the room and into my wife's vehicle. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about the experience. I even received a call from Dr Auch that evening to see how things were going. Just wow! If I had to pick a "negative"... parking a vehicle. It was tight. :) Love this group. Keep up the great work!

I was well informed about every procedure. The staff and Dr Auch didn't just care of procedure but also your health. Knowing that they cared made me very confident and at ease. I have anxiety issues and they made me very calm throughout my entire experience
