Visiting the dentist is one of my biggest fears, so I was very anxious! but they allowed me listen to my Jesus music which made me a little more calm. The numbing of the tooth for surgery was the most pain II felt for the entire time, and the assistant held my hand. it was over in less than 1/2 an hour! I was a bit nauseous after, but they nurses quickly took care of that. Now i just have to take my meds and pain killers and rest! Thank you Dr. Schaefer and your wonderful assistant.

The staff were both professional and personal the discussed step by step the procedure and paused for my questions, and demonstrated their beliefs in my safety and comfort came first

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. The nurses and Dr were amazing explaining everything to us both and making him feel comfortable. Everyone on staff was very friendly and made us feel at ease. They even called to check on him once we got home! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Procedurally it went well, they're good at what they do as far as pulling teeth. Bedside manner and staff was extremely lacking. I was nervous and received little comfort. Rude and judgmental after disclosing personal details for my own safety. Was not told when I'd be put under and then woke up disoriented in my car vomiting on myself. Every other person I know who has gone there received their medication on site, yet I was made to go to the pharmacy. Upon reviewing my medication, I was prescribed less than half of what my family were given that previously went here. They also told my caregiver to try and not let me take them?? Thankfully I don't need them, but very disheartening to be treated this way by a healthcare provider.

Quick friendly service from registering for an appointment through the dental procedure. Was well informed of the procedure and what to expect afterwards. We were happy with the experience.

I have a great deal if anxiety when going to doctors and dentist. The staff were very kind and informative. They sent me home with nubbing cream and pills to calm my nerves. The day of the procedure went very well and I was pleased. The drugs and cream helped a lot and I was out of there in no time. I highly recommend them

After witing over 6 months for a consult at a place in Omaha and feeling super frustrated and defeated, Oral Surgery Associates got us in within 2 weeks and that was consult and surgery. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience!!!
