They were SO sweet whenever I went in the the office and on the phone, but today I received a TEXT stating that I would owe them 1,200. No call saying that my insurance had a high deductible or any kind of explanation just that I would owe that amount no later than my appointment day. I'm very disappointed in the way they acted about this. I was finally thought I was going to get some relief from my wisdom teeth but I don't know how the expect me to come up with that money in a week.

The staff made me comfortable and relax before taking out 4 of my tooth that needed pulling for a while and checked on me after the surgery to see if I were ok, thanks Oral surgery Associates

I had my wisdom teeth cut out on top of another tooth pulled and they such a wonderful staff and the appointment and procedure went well they were awesome thank you Lord for the protection over me

I had my wisdom teeth removed and they made the entire process smooth and comfortable. A few days after the surgery I developed dry sockets (my own doing) and I called their office to see what to do... the fit me in for an appointment with in 30 minutes of calling and they cleaned and repaired my sockets. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and in way less pain. Everyone in the office was great. Thank y'all!

I have used this team 3 times in my life. The most recent experience along with those preceding we're a great experience. I hope that I don't have to, but if the need arises, I'll definitely use them again.

Went for consultation appointment for daughter with Developmental Disabilities. Discussion regarding what will be done to correct her issues. 1/14/22 went in for procedure for daughter. Due to some of fears associated with her disability, She was a bit stressed. Staff were very kind and understanding to ease her during her procedure. Glad they were able to make her feel more calm for Surgeon to remove problems with tongue and lip. Very caring staff.

Everything was good until my son had his surgery. The small things like communication matter. They came out to speak with the driver for one patient of the instructions to follow, as well as let him know when it was time to go to the car when the patient was about to be finish. They brought me the paperwork. I can read very well, but I comprehend better when I hear it verbally like the previous patient. Then no one come out to tell me my son was ready. I just hear the lady talking asking where is your car/ where is the driver. She was left in the lobby were you last saw me. When they called to check on my son I let her know no one explained the instructions. After trying to give an excuse or two she then went over them. Please give the patients the same treatment. Thanks!

The entire staff was: attentive, courteous, friendly, helpful and very professional. From my consultation visit to the day I had the extractions , I was very pleased with Dr. Gray and his team in Conyers and Monroe, Georgia. They didn't waste anytime and I didn't experience too much pain at all. I will definitely refer my friends to the Oral Surgery Associates...if they experience the problem I had with my root canal from years past. The entire Staff is exceptional and I do appreciate the outstanding customer service you provided to me. Happy Holidays!!! Ms. Tate 12-2-2021

I am starting into the first phase of my treatment and am pleased with scheduling, coordination and care. I experienced very little pain and appreciated the pre-care for the process. Thanks in advance- looking forward to great results. 10/26/2021.. Great work Dr. Brett Gray and staff. Finished last of implant work and I am well pleased. The staff are genuine and Dr. Gray is precise and thanks to all - little to no pain. I would definitely return to this office if need be. Thankful!!

I had tooth to break off in the gum. Had oral surgery to get it out. He had to cut it a little and put a stitch. His office called after to check on me. Yes, I'd use them again. Thankful no pain after.

I was given excellent treatment, and my options were thoroughly explained. I was not pressured to make a quick decision, but I was encouraged to take my time to decide what the best choice was for me. I highly recommend Dr Gray and the staff!

I went there with extreme tooth pain. They were so caring and nice. Dr. Pollack addressed my concerns and gave me medicine for relief. Upon returning for my tooth extraction, the staff was outstanding. They eased my fears and made my visit better than I could have wished for. My procedure was almost pain free. I would recommend this office for your surgical dental needs.

I appreciate the Oral Surgery Associates for having open availability to set my appointment, be seen by Dr. Brett Grey, DMD, MD, and removing all four (4) wisdom teeth...all within seven days. The process with simple and easy. I will definitely recommend the Oral Surgery Associates for their professionalism, timeliness and cleanliness.

I had two wisdom teeth removed and one damaged tooth. The whole process went very well and fast. This is a good place to go, and the team is very knowledgeable.
