WARNING: They will play insurance games, telling you that your surgery will be covered, then when the insurance company doesn't go for it, you get stuck with the full cost. I was told my extraction would be a $390 copay, and that it would be processed as though the doctor was in-network, even though he wasn't. So now they're trying to stick me with the remaining $1100+

I have served 29 years in the military and traveled to many States and Countries, but i have never found a group of professionals like this. They have taken care of me from start to finish. Dr. Lewis, Niza, Tony and Laura are the best at their trades in their field, If I ever need any oral surgeries again I will come back to this team. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me.

I visited their Decatur Georgia office for an emergency appointment. I was seen very promptly however the service I received was not the best to say the least. I was charged over $300 for an extraction for one tooth (With insurance). the dentist seemed irritated when I asked about implants. the dentist told me the options as if he was reading off a sheet of paper instead of explaining what the best option would be for me so I just brushed it to the side and decided at that moment I would find another dentist for that.. with the extraction, the local anesthesia was not working affectively and I was still feeling a lot of pain, once the procedure was done the dentist sighed in relief And left without any concern even though I was clearly in pain. what should have been a simple extraction was a very painful experience for me, and I am still experiencing pain and swelling the next day, and the only thing that was prescribed was ibuprofen. I felt rushed, overcharged, and I feel as though the dentist did not have my best interest in mind.... The lady at the front desk was nice tho.....

It has been several years since I been to a dentist. I walk in the office it was very peaceful and the staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. Dr Lewis was awesome. They kept me aware of every step that would be taken. It was an awesome experience. I would recommend Oral Surgery Associate on Snapfinger Rd to everyone. A job well done and deserve recognition. Thank you all

My visit was great. I experienced very little pain, and I have a really low threshold for pain. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. Kudos to Dr. Dyke, Tony, and the rest of the office staff as well! I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had two teeth surgically removed. However, beforehand l was very nervous because, as most, l don't like going to the dentist. The office was very clean and orderly. The staff was reassuring, professional and friendly. Dr. Lewis' friendly and professional mannerism made me feel at ease during the consultation as well as before the surgery. My mouth does NOT feel like it has been stretched to its limits and back and I am a happy camper. Thank you Dr. Lewis. Yvonne Edge

I have been going here for years and is never disappointed. Dr. Lewis is amazing!! He treated me like family and i noticed he does it to all his patients. He is a very kind person and an excellent surgeon. I can tell he really cares about his patients and people in general. Thank you Dr. Lewis for your service, you are well appreciated!!

This practice has a Jeffrey Dike, doctor, no less, who is quite sinister. He tried padding a consultation bill quoted @ $200, of which doubled to $500 at his instruction, all steming from me refusing to allow him to dive right into surgery, knowing I'm on thinners, needing approval. He became frustrated when I wouldn't agree to surgery for the same day. After I wouldn't go along with his suggestion, he begin to ignore my questions. He became VERY disrespectful. This consult was less than 10 minutes. His justification for padding my bill was 'it was a complicated visit'. He further called in Rx for items we never discussed. When I expressed my disdain for his behavior, at checkout, and my refusal to return, all of the staff in earshot looked nervous. It was clear this is his typical behavior for Dike. The female staff in the front office are fantastic. Beware of Jeffrey Dike!

I was referred here by my Endo. Dr. Lewis and the staff are very nice and have a good process for explaining and executing needed dental care. Unfortunately my tooth couldn't be saved but they were able to do the extraction and start the implant process on the same day. I have other implants so I know their work was a lot more thorough. I'm in a little bit of pain but healing well. So far I'm very pleased.

All I can say is that before I visited this location I was experiencing a lot of pain. Once I left this facility I felt that I was as good as new. Awesome staff. They really made you feel as comfortable as they possibly could. I can't say enough about the Dentist that performed my procedure. I really appreciate & respect what you guys do. I will recommend this facility to anyone looking to obtain great dentist work. Thanks again for all of your help.

Professional, attentive staff with excellent customer service. MVP acknowledgment to nurse who placed the IV and staff member who made a post procedure call to check on my status and answer my questions. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure the experience was as positive as could be expected under the circumstances.

I'm 67 and highly afraid of dentist. Scheduling was smooth, scheduler was friendly. Warm welcome from everyone! No wait time. Procedure thoroughly explained during consultation by Dr. Dyke. Surgery completed as planned. Very satisfied!

It was actually going amazingly well! The front desk reps were great, they were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make sure my husband was taken care of in a timely manner to include reaching out for X-rays and referrals as needed ;) we thank you all greatly ;) as well as the MA that walked him out and gave a THOROUGH explanation on his next steps, amazing patient support ;) thank you! UNTIL ...my husband advised me Dr. FULTON D. LEWIS called him CHEAP for wanting to ONLY surgically remove TWO WISDOM TEETH as opposed to the FOUR that HE recommended be removed AT ONCE within a 20min timeframe. I personally was offended and so was he. It was definitely not a financial issue as we carry amazing dental coverage also, paid out of pocket. However, my husband decided to get medical advice from his 28YO PEDIATRICS SURGEON sister as well as BOTH OF HIS RETIRED RN PARENTS whom advised removing TWO at once was a painful risk of possibly shock..nevertheless FOUR all AT ONCE. During these times I highly recommend considering other's feelings, what one may be going thru, or maybe just attempting a different "joke". Because it wasn't a financial situation by far. Other than that I would've given the office 5 stars. Keep up the great work guys ;)

The entire staff was awesome. The procedure was painless and I was put at ease during my staff. Staff even called me a few hours later just to check on me. Highly recommend.

When I called to make my appt they asked what insurance I had and then made the appt. I go to my appt they check my insurance card and I go to the back to get an X-ray and an extraction. AFTER I received my X-ray the lady from the front comes and say they don't accept my insurance!!! Idk what kind of business they are running but that should have been discovered when I made the appt. That was a waste of my time, and I took the day off and had to pay out of pocket for the X-ray and exam

This place is a joke. We arrive for a, referred, appointment so they can hand us paperwork that takes 30 minutes to fill out. Could have sent us an online link when the appointment was made, a week and a half ago, only for them to say they can't do the procedure because they don't take our medical insurance. This info was provided a week and a half ago when the referral appointment was made. I have a child that has to take special medication before any dental work that now has to find some other place to go. This place is a JOKE.
