Had swallow face for a while. Worst dentist ever. Toot painful and torturing would not recommend. Worst oral surgery on staff, go different location. It took them 4 weeks to look at my tooth. They only did some shots and care was horrible and rude oral surgeon. He did not fix my tooth, It was not dead and I continue feel pain and suffer. This surgeon needs his license pulled. Horrible service and cause me extra pain. Stay away and find a caring dentist. People should gather up class action lawsuit against this business. The oral surgeon intented to cause my additional pain and taurama.Stay away from here he did complete work he was paid for.Torturing is what this oral surgeon enjoyed the most...

!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! Milked relatives insurance while they were in pain. Referred to them because the tooth had already tried to be pulled by normal methods. Appointment for assessing and what needed to be done. Then the appointment for her to be put under light anesthesia for the problem tooth to be removed.They didn't do the anesthesia and tried the same ways the original dentist did and didn't give medicine to help with after affects of torturing her mouth.... Two appointments worth of getting paid for them and now they want another to finally use the anesthesia and cut the tooth out....

Staff is very rude and act like know it alls. Someone needs to check their attitudes Not to mention giant bruise on my arm from them roughly handling me after surgery

I called bc my daughter was in so much pain from a broken tooth and they told her to come right on in. It took all of two minutes to get the tooth out and give her relief This is the place everyone should go to they are great

I had wisdom teeth removed and they sewed my cheek to my gum now I'm having trouble eating. Not to mention the women who was hooking me up to my iv dug into my arm for 5 minutes trying to get the vein. It should be a one shot and one go but no it wasn't. She had a horrible attitude when I was asking her questions because all they say is take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen and she said you will be okay with just Tylenol. Like um no! That's not okay ! I'm honestly mad at this place and plan on getting a lawyer because my cheek should not be sewed to my gum

Great place I highly recommend!!! Got my wisdom teeth plus four molars cut out they went over and beyond to make sure i wasn't in any pain, an even after the surgery had to come back to get packed LACEY and NIKKI took care of it both times and was always all smiles super sweet nice ladies!!

I absolutely loved this place! they are so nice and caring with their patients. If you are in the need to have your wisdom teeth removed don't doubt to come to this place. They explain the process in deep details. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed this past Wednesday and they did give me pain medication. Thanks to them my wisdom teeth no longer bother me. Thank you so much Dr. Dorsett!!

I have visited here numerous times. Once for a major procedure and twice for extractions. Each and every visit I am made to feel comfortable, welcome, wait times aren't long and they get me in for emergencies quickly. The staff and doctors are compassionate and understanding. I definitely reccomend Oral Surgery Associates.
