I feel sorry for the bad rating, but my overall experience after wisdom tooth extraction for my father is not good. He suffered a lot with swelling and pain after wisdom tooth extraction. He also went thru I&D procedure but that didn't help. During I & D procedure, doctor generally do the culture test of pus, but it was not done at "Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center". We have consulted with another oral surgeon, and they recommend CT scan and later we found that there my father got bone infection very badly after extraction which is not controlled by antibiotics during his treatment at "Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center".

got my left 2 wisdom teeth removed by doc nguyen. he and his staff were all awesome and polite from the moment i entered the clinic until i stepped out. got clear and concise instructions what i should and should not be doing for the next few days. 10/10 would recommend and i would definitely get my remaining wisdom teeth removed by doc nguyen and his staff!

Dr. Timothy T. Nguyen is one of the most prominent oral surgeons in the San Francisco South Bay area. His work has been precise and healing quickly to bring back comfort. Both my wife and I have been visiting Dr. Nguyen for years. I highly recommend Dr. Timothy T. Nguyen for oral surgeries and dental implants.

Dr. Timothy has a great experience for implants, for problems with gums, jaws, bone loss, wisdom teeth. His imaging systems give very good images, which help him to make correct decision for the treatment. I have many inplants & jaw problem treated by him & I am very satisfied with the work he has done. He is a good & trusted surgeon, I would definitely refer him to my friends & relatives to treat any dental problem.

I was nervous before the procedure, but procedure was smooth, my wisdom tooth was extracted in few minutes. All the instructions were clearly given. Thank you Dr and the team.

Really unhappy with my experience there. This doctor was recommended by my dentist for TMJ pain. I called them twice to make sure they were in network of Cigna, and checked again with reception the day of my appointment, in September, which they told me they were. The doctor came in and out to see me, barely listening to my concerns and basically telling me there was nothing to do except wait for my pain to get worse. I just received a $200+ bill today, as turned out they were out of network. Very unhappy.

It was a good experience. Everything was prescribed and explained perfectly. Tooth removal was quick. I would highly recommend Dr Timothy for tooth removal.

Been three times for wisdom tooth extractions and the staff and dentist was always helpful, caring and got me in and out quickly without it feeling like a rush. No pain the first two times and when I felt pain during my third visit the dentist stopped to make sure I had enough of the numbing shot so that he could continue without me being in pain. Excellent work and no complaints to be had.

Awesome! This dental center runs like clockwork! I knew going into this appointment what would be done and how long it would take to the minute! Took me in on time, no pain, Dr. Tang and his dental assistant were an amazing team! Office is clean and sterile, efficient, friendly and well ran. I've never had a better experience for an appointment I dreaded! Highly recommend Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center - Dr. Timothy Nguyen, DDS and his staff!

Poor periodic equipment maintenance and readiness! The nitrous oxide gas leaked badly on the morning of surgery even though we were confirmed to go with nitrous oxide gas to calm my son nervousness.

My dentist recommended Dr.Timothy for my wisdom tooth extraction. Online ratings seemed great but a couple of negative reviews concerned me where the reviewers had bad experience during tooth extraction. I anyway chose Dr.Timothy because the online reviews of other doctors that I was recommended to also had some negative reviews. I am glad that I had an extremely positive experience. When I called for appointment, I was told they will schedule an initial consultation and then schedule the extraction appointment. They also called me before my appointment offering me an earlier appointment because someone had cancelled it. When I went for consultation, doctor said my case seems straight forward, if I wanted he will do the extraction right away! This was a surprise to me because a few years ago another dentist had told me that my wisdom tooth had grown wierd, it will be a significant procedure including full anesthesia to extract it, I had been postponing this extraction ever since! But Dr.Timothy said he will extract it in just 5 mins with local anesthesia and I can drive back home immediately. I said yes, Dr.Timothy extracted the tooth very quickly and total time I spent from walking in and out of their center was just 30 mins! Their support staff was also excellent. I showed up on time and they had very fast check-in and took me directly to the doctor's room without making me wait in the lobby. They showed me the bill estimate before hand and since I had not carried my FSA card, they took my credit card and asked me to call over the phone later to change the payment to FSA, very accommodating team. Only hicckup was that they sent prescription to the wrong pharmacy, I called from my pharmacy about that they quickly sent it to correct pharmacy within few minutes, all good. They also called me later that day to check-in on me, which was a nice gesture.

Timothy Thoai Nguyen, D.D.S, was absolutely amazing in helping me with the removal of my implants. I was very impressed that I was not in severe pain. He was very gentle with me as I am elderly woman. I would highly recommend him.
