Dr. Jeffrey and staff were awesome! From the moment we went inside from the receptionist to the doctor! They were so nice and patient and the wait wasn't long.

I have called everyother day within the past month leaving messages and have yet to get a response. No one is answering the phones and no one is returning calls. If your practice is permanently close have that on your answering service or on the website so people will know to find another provider. This unacceptable.

The doctor was wonderful. He get 5 stars. Took his time to explain everything thoroughly. On the other hand the young lady handling the insurance need training. I asked her about contacting me about my secondary insurance approval and she said they contact you three days before your appointment, but they knew as early as a week after submitting it. I simply said that much out of pocket, you need to call me to let me know ahead of my appointment so I can make sure I can pay it if it's not approved. I watched her be discreet about everyone else's insurance but mine. I guess with her attitude she hard to blurt out in front of a whole waiting room that I had Medicaid. At the same time she didn't mention that I had MetLife also. I guess because if her attitude she wanted to try to embarrass me. She didn't. She looked very unprofessional and if it wasn't for the doctor I wouldn't return. On top of the three day notice, they absolutely don't answer the phone and will not call back if voicemail is left.

I have been calling and emailing the entire week in regards to my son wisdom tooth, he is in extreme sever pain, And no one has taken the time to call us back. The dental office we go to, only refereed us to them but is disappointing that they don't care for the children's pain. The number they have online doesnt even go thru to anyone, goes straight to voicemail.

I'm not happy with this service at all!!! My daughter had two appts and then the office canceled both APPTS leaving us to wait longer for the next appt..She has bad teeth and need several caps and some pulled out and she never received a new appt.. We are still waiting for the office to respond to voicemails I left the office regarding Rescheduling. She also still in need of oral surgery..smh

I enjoyed the customer friendly service from all staff. It was quick prompt and painless. It was just my consultation but the doctor was very personable and reassuring. I hope the surgery goes the same way.

SO RUDE AN UNPROFESSIONAL i scheduled a specific date and time at the location, received 5 voicemails asking if I wanted to switch the date to just call back and confirm, to which I did not reply because I already had my schedule planned. So I then got a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled for no show, for the date the were asking me to reschedule and so I called thinking I was just going to let them know hey I have the time card and everything my appointment is tomorrow. Wrong, they told me I couldn't not reschedule anymore that the time was not available, the manager was so rude yelling at me as if it were my fault & I said I'd call back to see if I could go at the next date and time they asked me just to find out my number was blocked. Absolutely unbelievable how rude and unprofessional this lady was and now I have to find another oral surgeon

I am beyond frustrated. My daughter has an appointment this Wed and I have some questions I have left 4 voicemails beginning last week and have heard nothing. You call the number listed and no matter what option you chose you get a voicemail. At this point if I could find another oral surgeon that accepted medicaid I would be going elsewhere. This is the craziest thing!!!!

The entire staff and doctor were very kind, warm and professional. The treatment was explained thoroughly. My son was nervous walking in but was made very comfortable during the visit. I love this place and highly recommend it to others.

Office manager Daisy is very unprofessional, She was not helpful at all,You could hear her children in the background, I have a child that needs oral surgery and his insurance declined coverage for a portion of the services I requested an email with amount insurance would not cover so that Department of Family and Children Services could cover that cost. Daisey promised to send the email of the explanation of to my email.Well she lied and does not return calls not to mention its hell getting through to the office.I have left several messages and still No Call Back. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

If you like not getting anyone on the phone, this is the place for you. I called this place 5 times and every time was holding for up to an hour. I canceled the appointment needless to say. I run a cleaning service and work by myself, I would never have a client hold on the phone that long. It's bad business. Who ever runs this office probably needs to be fired from what I'm reading on the reviews.
