I loved dr Pritchett and his professionalism. Now the office staff really has some work to do. First of all the receptionist seemed to have an attitude for questions I asked. I get it; A lot of patients and not enough staffing. Secondly the dental assistants that were there putting my ivs and stuff were so uncoordinated. They would forget to do certain things. To be honest the doc.seemed kinda annoyed. Also right when I was going to get my iv in, I let the gentleman know that he needed to use gloves if he was going to stick a needle inside me. He eventually did. The room was so filthy. File cabinets were opened and unorganized. A light kept flickering. And the window blinds were destroyed. After my surgery, I was obviously very nauseous and needed to throw up. These nurses had little bedside manners. I eventually threw up on my way back to the car while trying to flag the nurse down. Besides that Oral Surgery 4 GA SHOULD INVEST IN SOME PHONE REPS. Yall don't know how many times I've called to ask a question or get my surgery confirmed. I can NEVER GET AHOLD of someone. Lastly, one of the reps gave me a call after my surgery asking if everything was ok. I agreed and proceed to ask questions and she goes on to say"well the paper says everything I cant give you instructions because you're drugged"like what??? Okay? The AUDACITY when I'm clearly asking a question. I was just over it. Google search bar did better.

Positive experience with the oral surgery, but I had such a hard time with scheduling and reaching someone by phone at Oral Surgery for Kids. It would send me straight to a voicmeail and no one would ever return my call!

The actual check in and surgery went fine but we were given no discharge instructions and never given a school note, I was not notified when he was done they just brought him out to the car and put him in and left

My sons surgery didn't start until an HOUR after it was scheduled. He woke up during the procedure and could feel what they were doing and heard the drill and it terrified him because he couldn't move. The last time I took my other son here two years ago we had a very positive experience. I'm not sure what is going on here now... they seemed rushed and impersonal. The assistants were all nice but in a hurry .

So my experience with the staff in person was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Doctor has great people skills and very personable. They were even able to work me in on a cancellation and I was very thankful. However, on the day of my appointment I had a hard time finding the office. I tried to call several times to get help from someone because I was from out of town. For 45 minutes I could not get a hold of anyone. I drove around for 45 minutes frantically looking for the office. I finally found it and was very flustered. My only frustration was that I could not get a hold of someone to answer my call to help me. Other than that, My experience was great!

OS4GA was fast to accommodate our urgent need for our son's erupting wisdom teeth consultation and we hope to slip into surgery soon as we are standing-bye for any cancellation.

Had to drive to Sandy Springs for my consultation but had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here. It was a smooth process, no complications.

I can not for the life of me see where the good comments are coming from. Maybe something changed in the last 5 months! My son went to an appointment accompanied by his aunt because I had to work. They only gave him paperwork explaining surgery and stated that they would call me to set up an appointment. They never did. I called them after a few days. The staff member quoted me 569 (after insurance)and told me four wisdom teeth to be extracted and that she would send a treatment plan to my email. She never did. 3 days before surgery They called me and told me it would be another 700 per tooth for a biopsy of a cyst. I was Livid. That same day they called me and told me that it was okay and the Dr. Said he would move forward with the extraction without the biopsy. Fast forward to the day of surgery, 1 1/2 hours before to be exact, these people called to tell me that if I didn't pay the 1400 dollars for the biopsy, the wisdom extraction would be canceled. I was in morrtified. When I said to the manager in Stockbridge, "so you will risk further damage due to the wisdom teeth because I can't pay1200 dollars more for a biopsy" she stated, well this isn't a free clinic. I was soo embarrassed and hurt. They were very nasty! I have dates, times and names. For the sake of time I will spare it.

We received a referral from our dentist and orthodontist for oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth for both my teens. I have called and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes every day since our ortho appointment on June 30th. I have placed an inquiry on the website to set an appointment for both my boys. No one answers the phone. No one returns the web inquiry. I am so frustrated and do not know how I'm expected to trust a provider to perform surgery on my children's mouths when I can't even get them to answer the phone or return a call for over a week. Safe to say this oral surgeon's office has already left a "bad taste in my mouth" and we haven't even gotten an appointment yet.

I went in for a consult to have my wisdom teeth removed, and ended up having two taken out the same day. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! I went in 22 weeks pregnant expecting to be told I'd have to wait. I think my dentist was Dr. Pritchett and he made sure to take care of me. I ended up having to be awake for the procedure and had an anxiety attack when he started. He backed off and allowed me to relax before proceeding. I don't know the nurse's name that held my hands the entire time, but she's so great! All of them working together to make me as comfortable as possible made the experience so much better. If you guys see this, thank you! All of you were so great! I'm sorry to the nurse who held my hands, if I held too tight.
