Had to have the roots of a broken tooth extracted. It was quick and relative painless. The injection of lidocaine did sting a bit. Staff was easy to talk to and they gave me a good explanation of what was happening. Will return for the next bad tooth extraction. Highly recommend them.

Molar extraction went ok until a few days after. The staff I was greeted with were very friendly but afterwards things changed. I Called the on call doctor as directed to by nurse/staff and was felt like I was intruding on the on call doctor. I spoke to Dr. Ryan Marsh, DDS. Had a bad reaction to an antibiotic and he acted as if he did not have the time nor interest in helping find new antibiotic. Very sharply he told me to call during office hours. Well it was a weekend so that's not possible. I did not have trouble until the weekend and they close at 2 PM on Fridays so I was unable to contact in time on Friday as I was busy. I called back the following day and he rudely informed me that I had called for the third time I told him I have limited options because nowhere is open during the weekends and I was to use the on call number. He was hostile and not helpful at all. Told me he would call me back and has not since. Ryan Marsh DDS has bad aftercare and extremely rude at times, clearly does not want to be on the phone to assist, and rushes the conversation, I was also treated poorly in my opinion every instance I spoke to him.

I came in on August 31, 2022 to have two teeth removed and a graft put in. The procedure was fast, but most importantly painless. The surgeon and his assistant were very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone that is in need of Oral Surgery. Thanks again, Meikwa

The staff are nothing short of professional, amazing and funny. The are always watching for facial distress and on top of getting it under control before it's out of hand. My first time experience was a great one after oral surgery and would highly recommend them to Friends/family and anyone beyond that.....thank you for making this a great experience!

I want to thank Oral Surgeons PC for getting me in so soon to have my infected tooth pulled, oral surgeon Jeffery Schwarzkolf did a great job pulling it. His assistant nurse and front desk was outstanding! I have another appointment with him again 25th of March! I'm giving him a A1 rating thank you! Bob Horsch

I got my wisdom teeth removed here a few years ago and it was one of the worse experiences of my life. I decided not to go under and was awake for the entire procedure. Although they injected anesthetic into my gums, I still felt everything. I found myself clinching on the seat due to all the pain and could not vocally tell them how much pain I was in. The procedure seemed to take longer than usual, as the surgeon seemed to have some difficulty removing my bottom two teeth. It took me over two weeks to recover since I was in pain and couldn't open my mouth all the way that entire time. I was only able to eat around 300-500 calories a day due to that, so I lost quite of bit of weight. I also was not able to talk for quite a bit of time, which was the main aspect of my job. Even after the follow up appointment, I found myself walking out distraught and in tears. I tried to tell surgeon how terrible my recovery was going, but felt like my feelings were being disregarded. To this day I have PTSD and anytime I hear anything that sounds similar to the drill they used, I have flash backs to that horrible experience. A friend of mine recently got the same procedure done here and was awake as well. They asked her to tell them anytime she needs more anesthetic, which is something they never asked me and I never new it was even an option. I am glad they make a point to ask patients that now, as I do not want anyone to have to go through what I had to.

Felt every shot they just wanted me in and out last tooth hurt and they continued to pull it felt every part

Having some of your grill removed is frightening, but these guys were so nice and gentle and was finished quick

I'm in the process of having a tooth implant and I have been extremely happy with the process and results so far. Everyone has been extremely nice making me feel comfortable and important to them. Strongly recommend Oral Surgeons!!

I was very pleased with my experience.The front desk staff was very welcoming . Dr.Peters was very pleasant and efficient, preformed the surgery in a timely manner and answered all my questions. The nurse was fantastic she was very pleasant and did her job in a professional manner . I would recommend them for any surgery you would need .

Dr. Michelle Peter's and the entire staff are fun, friendly and welcoming!!! For a not so fun procedure... they made it a cake walk! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I wasn't scared at all. They made the visit very wonderful, and even getting all my wisdom teeth out at the same time was very easy. They are super kind and I highly recommend them.

Office was very clean & all their staff very helpful & professional. I was taken back on time & all the way through the procedure everything was explained to me so I could understand. Very happy with the visit & if need be will return.
