Dr. Steve Ridenour and his entire staff was exceptional great on how they took care of me, from the receptionist until the job was done by pulling my tooth. I will recommend all my family and friends to him. Great place 10 stars

I had a tooth that broke and was referred to Oral Surgeons to have it removed and a possible implant. After meeting with the doctor, he recommended just having it removed and not spending the money on and implant which was thousands of dollars. It's a back tooth and you only use it about 5%. So, they surgically removed my tooth. The office staff, nursing staff and doctor were very friendly. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

Best dental work i have ever had done. I am absolutely terrified of dentist visits and they made my procedure easy and took away all my anxiety I had, going into having my wisdom teeth removed. The Nurses I had were so sweet and Dr.Ridenour was amazing.

I saw Dr J he was very caring and gentle. I liked the way he talked throughout the extraction and surgery explaining what he was doing how much longer and checking to see I was doing ok. That helped lower my anxiety level. The facility is clean and nice. All staff were courteous and kind. So important to have good care. I would highly recommend.

Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a tooth extracted. I had four Wisdom Teeth removed, one of which was missing half of the crown. The surgeon easily removed them and left me with near zero pain, excluding the expected swelling and tenderness in my jaw.

From the first time I walked into the office to having my procedure done, I was so impressed with staff and Dr John J, Laura & Kim were wonderful. The procedure was easy and quick. Having no issues with recuperating. Thanks for being such caring staff.

Dr. Scott Johnson was gentle & professional. He explained everything before, during, and after the procedure. Additionally, he regaled me and his assistant with an amusing tale about a whacky family experience. Never did I imagine laughing through the extraction of one of my precious molars. Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Scott Johnson for any oral surgery.

I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Freml and the nursing staff were personable and professional. Dr. Freml explained the procedure beforehand, and answered any questions I had. Before and during the extraction, Dr. Freml and the nurse made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel pain. The process was quick, without feeling rushed. I was provided helpful materials explaining recovery, and the nurse answered any questions I had.

Generally my husband and I were very impressed with the whole process that this office took with my 15-year-old daughter getting her wisdom teeth out. My only complaint is that whoever started her IV had to poke her four times to get an IV started. I think this is very unacceptable and a terrible introduction to being a patient as a 15-year-old will potentially have a lot of IV pokes in her lifetime. Other than not having a skilled IV technician start her IV, I don't have any complaints at all with his office. The doctor was great, the facilities are very nice, and they have the process well ironed out. She's only one day out from her procedure but seems to be doing just great.
