Dr. Mecham graduated in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2002 and worked as a process engineer at Intel Corporation in Portland, Oregon before attending dental school. After graduating dental school Magna Cum Laude at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2009 he moved to Alaska as an Air Force dentist, completing an AEGD in 2010. From July, 2013 to June, 2015 Dr. Mecham attended an oral and maxillofacial radiology program at the University of Washington. During the radiology residency, he conducted Laude in 2009 he moved to Alaska as an Air Force dentist, completing an AEGD in 2010. From July, 2013 to June, 2015 Dr. Mecham attended an oral and maxillofacial radiology program at the University of Washington. During the radiology residency, he conducted research related to cone beam interpretation, for which he won the Dentsply Rinn Research Award at the Oral Radiology Annual Session in 2015. He maintains an affiliate faculty position with the University of Washington. He moved back to Boston to work at his dental school alma mater from 2015 to 2019, before accepting his current position at Roseman University.

Dr. Mecham has always enjoyed learning and was an exceptional student during the pursuit of each of his degrees, earning various rewards and recognition. Now, he hopes that joy of learning will translate into not only image interpretation, but teaching oral radiology to students and other dental colleagues who are interested in learning more about the subject.

Dr. Andrew Nalley originally grew up in Houston, Texas where he also received his degree at University of Texas School of Dentistry. Upon graduating, he joined a private practice for 5 years, where he utilized CBCT and developed an increasing interest in the field of radiology. To pursue his passion, Dr. Nalley moved to Seattle to attend the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology residency program at University of Washington. He is currently working on his research on TMJ findings on CT and MRI in hopes to expand the knowledge surrounding TMJ. After completing residency, he stayed on as faculty as the dental radiology clinic director at University of Washington. Although Dr. Nalley's passion remains in radiology, he also loves general dentistry and works part time at a private practice in the Seattle area. Outside of dentistry and radiology, Dr. Nalley enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and photography.

Dr. Peggy Lee is a faculty member in the Division of Radiology at the University of Washington Dental School. She teaches clinical students and is Assistant Director of the residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.

Dr. Lee received her dental degree from National Yang Ming University in Taiwan and completed an M.S.D. in oral medicine at the University of Washington in 1984, where she specialized in TMD, pain, and diseases of the oral facial complex. She also earned a Ph.D. in the Department of Microbiology at the University of Washington studying the molecular biology of HIV, followed by post-doctoral training in immune regulation at the University of Washington and at the University of California - San Diego. She returned to the UW Dental School in 2006 and completed the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology residency program in 2012.
