Untrustworthy and Unprofessional. They double bill and put obstacles in the way to get a refund. This is not a one-off it is common practice. They should be reported to the American Dental Association or State Dental Board for their unprofessional behaviors and practices.

Ongoing nightmare. They double bill you - get money off your insurance and charge you as well. Aetna reported them to Network and they were told to refund us - 8 months after surgery told us they'd sent the check and that USPS takes up to six months to deliver checks six miles away. They were meant to issue another check -- still waiting 3 months later. Terrible terrible service, crooks. The red flag was when my husband went for the appt a patient was told to their horror they owed $16k.

They promised us a 350$ dollar price before the surgery and after the surgery the doctor charged us 500 without letting us know, on top of that, everyone there was nasty

Dr. Bradley has performed wisdom teeth surgeries on all of my three children, with the last one taking place just a week ago, and I would like to say thank you for many years of excellent dental and surgical support! Dr. Bradley is such a talented surgeon and his office so well organized that the healing after the surgery has always been a pleasure. There was hardly any need for pain medication during healing. In addition, Dr. Bradley's professional confidence and empathy strengthens the spirit of his patients as well! Thank you Dr. Bradley!

Front desk staff is very nasty and not very knowledgeable. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They knew of my insurance before my scheduled appointment and I was told there was no payment for a consultation. 50 minutes into waiting for my appointment I was told there would be a very expensive payment just to get seen for a consultation. So I wasted my time and they didn't even have the deceny to say sorry for the inconvenience.

I had an extraction, bone graft, and post placed in my jaw. This is a several months process. You must heal between each step. Dr. Jaffrey is a warm, kind and gentle surgeon. She loves questions. Do not hesitate to ask her anything. My comfort was always her greatest concern and it showed. The staff assisting the doctor were also high quality. I found losing a tooth to be traumatic. But I can honestly say after going through the procedure of replacement here I am very pleased.

I had apicoectomy (surgical root canal) done here by Dr. Prousi but he could not sew back the back side gum the way it was. Additionally, the gum on the front (the pointy parts - in 3 different pointy parts of the gum on the front to be exact) was damanged, cut off and never grows back. I expressed my concern. While the doctor said that I could come back after several months if I was still not happy, I understand there would not be much that can be done unless I pay more to have the damaged gum addressed. Additionally, the office charges several fees that in my opinion are outrageous: $30 for Misc OSHA fee, Professional consultation $155 which is not covered by dental insurance while other consultation of other orthodontists / general dentists are covered for both Aetna & Cigna. Additionally, my husband also had a bone graft here with another doctor (Bradley), we switched our insurance and this doctor is not participating in the plan, but he refuses to transferred our case to his colleagues in the same office (the other two doctors participating in the plan) and requires us to pay another Professional consultation with him to evaluate to see if it is necessary that someone else will take over!?! The two star is for the fact that Dr. Prousi was flexible and scheduled my appointment/surgery quickly to accomodate my time. However, the end result is no way good and I am still trying to make peace with the way my gum of my front teeth looks. I would not recommend you to go here.
