My son had oral surgery on 5/21/18. I gave them my dental insurance so they could file. They made me pay upfront disregarding the estimated amount of what the insurance would pay. They assured me it would take a couple of week on the EOB and refund would be processed quickly. I have called several times with each time giving me an unreasonable excuse. I have called my insurance company as well. The staff at this company never filed. I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as the Texas Department of Insurance.
